Blonde guy with curly hair paid for a disabled man’s order out his own pocket. So I decided to give this place a 5-star. Props to the worker!
I love the staff they are always super nice. Not sure if there is new ownership or something but the last two times I went, much of the ice cream was semi melted and the floors were very dirty. Also ended up with an upset stomach shortly after eating there (I know, my fault for eating semi melted ice cream). Hopefully they can get back to where they were for years operationally.
I had a cake emergency for my sisters birthday and they delivered! Young lady who was there was very proactive and friendly. Before telling me no she thought to ask the owner or manager and was able to get my order approved! Thank you to you both so much !! My sister and family loved the cake. Cake was delicious as well!

11/19/20 Closed at 7 pm with 8 people outside trying to get in. No answer on phone either. All lights on. Went to the Hardy Oak BR as did a family of 4 and we asked the 2 employees if they knew anything about why the Stone Oak BR would have locked doors 3 hrs. before closing. They didn't know but these 2 employees had trouble attending to the business coming from the Stone Oak BR and their normal walk-ins. Took longer than normal, and we were the first in line...the 2 of us, family of 4, family of 5.
Went in and asked the employee working if they had any non-dairy options. They mentioned 1 option they had and another they were out of at the moment. I was not interested in what they had and politely thanked them for their time and walked out. They then LOCKED the door after I exited. It was 7:37pm and the store doesn’t close until 10:00pm.... seems a bit strange to me. - see “Holy Pops” in stone oak (review)for the rest of the story.
During COVID-19, this location turned away a disabled person for being unable to wear a mask. Further, the manager claimed she would be calling the police. She was not even wearing her mask over her nose.We will be seeking contacting corporate and the DOJ. Learn the Americans with Disabilities Act people. It's 2020.I will be taking my business to a company who appreciates their customers.
