6 years ago i worked at a baskin robbins (different location) and we were taught to greet customers and simply be nice. Matthew, he’s extremely rude every single time. I brought my kids in today and i said “kids scoop of wild reckless” and i didn’t say cup or cone ..he rudely does a hand gesture rather than saying cup or cone and then i said cup. After , he stands there with one hand out waiting for me to say something else and i said nothing else thank you. I asked for his name , and he didn’t want to tell me and asked why i wanted it. He didn’t say anything at the register .. just rude for no reason. The service here is always terrible .. don’t know why you are unhappy in an ice cream store. Theres plenty of people who’d love to work here… they should hire those who do.
Went here to get a shake and the customer in front of me reached over the counter and touched two cones and asked if he could have them. Gross. Then the employee didn’t even give him the cones he touched. Then i looked and he left a wet residue on the cones. Honestly gross so be careful getting cones from there.
Dear Fellow Humans,I write this in a time of mourning. It was the 18th day of February when my heart was torn into pieces. My girlfriend feels it relevant I also mention it was our one month anniversary (i know anniversaries only count yearly but that’s besides the point) I suppose I could say it was our 1/12 anniversary but I digress.Picture this - a beautiful day filled with many workplace troubles. On my way home I decided I would stop for ice cream as I felt the end of my life drawing near. I knew something must be done soon. I ordered the cookies and cream with a waffle cone. ALAS! New breath was taken! The fire of my life was REIGNITED. All was well with the universe. All was aligned within.But LO and BEHOLD my ice cream cone was tainted with a paper that clung desperately, refusing to let go. All at once i realized I was not capable of removing this parchment from the vessel which held my long sought happiness. I saw a universe of pain within each molecule - much like the troubles that haunt my life.Even now as I write this my girlfriend laughs at my pain.I did eat the cone even though it was covered in paper. Thank you and fair thee well.
I’ve cream was very good but service is really bad .. you just get bad vibes just becoming here but my grandkids love it here they just need to get better friendly , happy staff ..
Gross they don't wear masks still vaccinated or not, I guess gas stations and everywhere else just have higher health standards
The Barista was great! I asked her for something that I wasn't sure of and she knew immediately what I was talking about.
Store hours say it closes at 10pm, the store was locked and staff did not acknowledge us at 9:15pm. Posted hours said 10pm
