Guessing having lunch here isn't the idea time of day to eat at this restaurant. The portions for the lunch special was beyond small. On top of a child's plates bring served the food itself had little to no flavor whatsoever. As if you dining in a restaurant meant for diabetics using no seasoning on food. The fried rice if you can even call it, that was merely rice and chopped onions. Thankfully they only served less than an Ice-cream scoop of it. The milk teas werent teas at all. They were super watered down and did not have even the slightest consistency to an actual milk tea. I ordered the strawberry version which had zero...absolute zero flavor of strawberry. Just watered down milky tones. The banana tea tasted of banana extract and not of actual banana making it as if you took a banana and made a watered down banana aqua fresca(watered down banana water). The cashier even warned us to add flavor to the milk tea which is unheard of if the teas are made correctly. At $42 during lunch time hours it is our recommendation that your lunch is better off spent any place else than here. This is definitely not the type of service that warrants repeat business amd definitely not at that price. Any establishment who charges customers over $30 during lunch need to be 100% on their service and flavors at ALL times, otherwise whats the point? Customers would have a better experience at ghetto China Rose and leave more satisfied. It all now sits uneaten in the refrigerator wasted.Apologies if my photos make the food look better than it is and you still chose to try it for yourself.
Sunday visit about 2pm, dinning room and lobby closed. Ordered food from patio door. Very busy with take out and delivery orders. Patio was comfortable with several fans, minor traffic street noise, modern music playing.Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.Had a hot and sour soup, vegetable delight with shrimp(thick noodles with great thick sauce)Singapore noodles(yellow curry with pork). All were delicious.Highly recommend.
Seriously stunning Chinese food. We got the family deal. It offers the best bang for your bucks. $40 will get you two sides of rice, two entrees, an appetizer and a 2l. The General Tso and orange chicken are amazing. The cheese Rangoon’s are delightful too.
I was craving egg drop soup and fried dumplings, and this place hit the spot! It’s definitely more of a takeout place. They do have outdoor seating but no indoor.
The patio is pleasant in nice weather. The well margaritas are neon green and taste like lime popsicles, but at least they are very strong. The the appetizers are just everything fried in tempura batter except for the ribs. But I will definitely go back for the ribs!
I order a lemon chicken with shrimp fried rice it was very delicious. except it wasn't shrimp fried rice, it was regular fried rice. So they're going to make the good and give me credit next time I order. But lunch time was very good.
Ordered sesame chicken last week and it was good. Ordered some this week and it was horrible, like it had been left out for hours. Not to mention I found what looks like a broke piece of bone. No way in hell I’m eating here again
Coconut & boba taste like water and the boba was not ready so it’s a coconut and water drink. ?? Not what I paid $5 for
I made an order at the restaurant, for delivery. The quality was poor, fries were stale, the tea was incorrect, and the chicken strips were dry and over cooked. I called and complained, Austin the manager pretty much told me there wasn’t anything he could do to fix my order. That he packed my order himself and it was up to his standards. I told him if I returned the uneaten part of the strip meal if he would fix it then. He told me only if I brought it to the store. I have never had this issue with your establishment and have ordered from there numerous times. I am very unhappy with the service and the quality of the food I received and would appreciate if this was fixed rather than blowing me off and telling me pretty much “oh well, not my problem”
