Amber was super helpful! ?? We didn’t realize they had switched over to a really convenient and easy way to earn rewards/order/pay through an app. However, she still made it right by honoring our rewards cards. They were slammed busy inside and in drive up, but still made sure to keep line moving and guests happy. Thank you for great service, it goes a long way. We will continue to drive across town to support this location! Again, thank you Amber for being so awesome!!!
We ordered four snocones in the drive thru. Two regular two large. We get to the window and the cashier tells us she’d charge all snocones at regular size and will be making them flat tops (because they were closing soon) while serving us in large size cups so that we wouldn’t lose the amount of snocone we paid for. She then hands us 4 regular sized snocones all with flat tops.
It’s good for what it is. It’s made well. It tastes okay. It looks just like the pictures. They put the shaved ice on a cute cup which is probably why their prices are out their. However, it left much to be desired. If you want to go through a drive through for a quick snack this is the place. We had a unicorn one and I enjoyed it. However, beware the mangonada it’s not good. You’ll want to get it elsewhere.
We waited in line for over 20 minutes in the drive thru for the cashier to tell us they were closed once we got to the intercom. There were at least 5 cars in front of us and 3 behind us. Google says the drive thru is open until 10pm we got in line about 9:15? So if they were closed how are we supposed to know with a full line of cars in drive thru? Employees even passed by our car and didn’t say anything about being closed. A simple sign or traffic cone in the drive thru would’ve been really helpful in not wasting our time. Super disappointed at the lack of consideration people haven for their customers these days.
Terrible drive thru customer service.We waited in the drive thru lane for a good 20 mins and when it was our turn to order no one answered us. The cars in front of us had already left. We said hello which we were told by the employee they’d be right with us. 5 mins passed by and nothing. So we left.
So great! I would not recommend getting gummy bears they get very frozen and hard in the shaved ice ? but wonderful people and the snow cones are to die for ?
You can only order via drive through bc the owners are out of town and don’t want the employees to be left alone with an open dining room. So instead you place your order with a poor Emp that is outside while 101° and you don’t pay in advance, so if someone leaves the line, time was wasted making others orders. This process might work for chick fill A, but not here. At least they have shelter for their employees
I have tried to go to this Bahama bucks location multiple times and I consistently get poor service and quality that is far lower than the location on Bandera which is always excellent. However today I was driving by and decided to try this location one more time. I ordered a coconut kalana and it was completely melted and tasted rancid. I nearly puked immediately upon having a sip. Never will I go to this location again the poor service combined with this experience has completely turned me off of this place. If you want Bahama bucks go to the Bandera location near by it's always amazing service and perfect snow cones or drinks.

Drive-through took over 45 mins4 cars a head of me that's way to long and my order was wrong ..The problem is your not fully open.. just drive through plus you have a crew that works like snails some were on their phone while waiting on the other working the order.. just a bunch of young lost untrained kids running the place.For my wrong order they didn't even offer to fix until I said something if they can remake it he said it be a much longer wait after the orders behind me get through... ? ? lol I paid full price not even getting a 1/2 discount..I think when business like this not fully open hurts the company and shows the lack of integrity as a whole.Get it together step up. Where is the Owners or Management.
