Excellent Thai food! I ordered the Pad Woon Sen with beef, along with the Panang Curry with chicken, some Shrimp Tom Yum, and the Sweet Rice with Mango for dessert. Having been to Thailand numerous times for business, I can say the food was very authentic with excellent flavors and portions. Just look out for temperature because the temperatures are also true to Thai food. Wonderful food and wonderful service. One of my new favorites in town. Thanks!
The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and welcoming here. Before you even order, you are treated to delicious warm soup (mine was vegetable soup and it was delicious). The lunch menu offers a reasonable portion of food starting at $9, slightly more for expensive protein. The food came out in a reasonable time and was delicious. I had the Pad Thai with Tofu. After, I ordered some Thai Tea Boba (many flavors for $5.99). It was very flavorful and delicious.I'm definitely going back to try more items!
The Pad Thai had too much sauce. I also got the chicken spring rolls, didn't even taste the chicken, a small sliver of chicken wrapped in a head of lettuce. Lol.
I had the house special , curry noodles , it did not disappoint. The flavors were delicious ! Food tastes fresh ! I'll definitely be back .
Great experience very friendly amazing pad thi my dad got combination pho and his meatballs smelled like sheep but Other than that it was delicious ? also drunken noodles were very good and flavorful. The restaurant was empty when we came in but that’s when peeps started to come
Best Thai food I’ve had in San Antonio. This place has the best savory curry and soups without being overly sweet. Don’t let the location of this one detour you, it is definitely worth it. Fresh ingredients with great flavor, textures, viscosity, and aroma with this one. Heart warming, quality food to be eaten here.
I stopped in here when I was in San Antonio visiting some friends. I'm not a local but I have eaten quite a bit of Thai food in my life!I ordered Pad see ew, red curry, panang curry, and Pad Thai. These are the classics and my go-tos.I was happy but not overly impressed. Definitely worth swinging in and checking out. Can never go wrong with Thai food! The interior is kind of dull and small but the food seems authentic. It is in the medical area so I would say since it's been around awhile it has earned its place in the area.
We looked for best Thai food around us and this restaurant came up, were very hungry , ordered a beef dish and they did not have any beef and was offered pork bbq instead , the dish they brought ( very expensive ) was a joke … they just chop some old pork ( no bbq at all) put it on top of some plain vegetables and that was almost $18.00 but this is not the worst part : we ordered some Pad Thai and they were given to another table ! Giving one star because the waitress was very nice ! I would not bother going to this restaurant !
Took a chance at a new place tonight and did not regret it. We had the spring rolls, drunken noodles, and green curry. The spring rolls (five of them) were HOT and crispy. The drunken noodles were drenched in a delicious sauce and perfectly cooked vegetables. The green curry (naturally a 1.5 on the spicy scale but felt more like a 2) was creamy delicious. The sauce was slightly thinner than I was used to but maybe for the best? Also the proportions were larger than we anticipated! All in all we were very happy with our food and service, we will return and take advantage of those lunch specials next time ?
I ordered the mango and sticky rice to go and couldn't even eat most of the mangos since they were already turning brown.
