Pretzel Store Pretzels Fast Food

It’s Sunday June 12 at 5:47 and I stoped by to grab a lemonade. The two young boys inside had locked the place up, gave the hand across throat motion meaning we are closed, and wouldn’t let me get a drink. Two families came behind me as I am watching the store right now and they won’t open the window to help them either. This is ludicrous.

My husband and I were spending a day at the mall. Decided to get some pretzel bites and drinks. The service was horrible, and the bites had been sitting for a while, they were cold and gross. I cook pretzel bites daily at my job so we were very disappointed in the quality of this. And for the price....these should have been piping hot!! Definitely will not be going back to this location. If I could give negative stars I would

Lemonade was good, the cashier was not friendly but I went for the lemonade.

Incredible place and snakes.

Just yuck! Cold, soggy pretzels with no salt on them, stuffed into a cup way to small Very disappointing.

Service was rude gave me burnt pretzel bites

Cinnamon nuggets are the best

There was only one person ahead of me, the wait time wasn't bad (Monday afternoon). The pretzel was dark and overbaked though. The girl gave me another "fresh" one, no problem, but I opened the bag and it was just as crispy. She offered to make another, saying it would be raw inside if cooked any less, but I've honestly never seen an Auntie Anne's pretzel this dark and crispy at any other location. 10 minutes later the pretzel was a little less dark and crispy and it was all right when I ate it, but still kinda crispy.

Visited today while at la cantera, ordered a bucket to share withy family, I was told there would be a 10 min wait and had no issue at all, we ended up waiting closer to 15/20 minutes but we were still optimistic. Then we started eating them and the 27$ bucket of pretzels was so bitter/sour it was Inedible. I've never had pretzels that tasted that way before. Not sure if they used too much baking soda or what

They made me go through the line twice... said wait for the other cashier... and then went to the same cashier and they finally gave me the order.
