Tried to get a original pretzel after them only being open for an hour. Didn’t have them made yet. Said come back in 10 minutes, can’t back in 20 mins still no pretzel. All management in the back doing nothing. She says come back in 10 mins. No thanks. Went to pretzel maker
My pretzel was burnt and their soda was running out of syrup.
The pretzels were hours old, had numerous hairs in them and were black from being in the heat the whole time. Would not recommend.
