3 stars because the food was good, but at 8am they didn't have anything?? They were out of so many things at 8am and the airport was not even full. We only got a Cinnamon bun.

This location deserved a zero except for one employee who was a 5 star - Myan (sp?) was the only cashier and was working very hard to manage a long line. She was very polite, professional and efficient. However, there were 2 other employees who were more concerned with closing and going home, one who I think was in charge (man with short bleached pony tail) yelling out to the line of 12+ customers, “this is all we have; when it’s gone it’s gone!” He appeared to be in charge but spent the majority of the time on the phone and ignoring the customers otherwise. He never lifted a finger to assist Myan or thought to open another register to clear the line. No leadership qualities and terrible customer service from the man. Kudos to Myan!

Was passing through this airport stressed out of my mind Feb5th. I found the Cashier was patient and somehow could tell I wasn't having a good day. She was very kind and asked me how I was doing, genuinely. It was a pleasant moment and I dont find that everyday, especially in a place so busy.

One star because no option to do zero stars. Totally agree with other reviews re lazy service. They said they closed at 9, but at 8:40 when I walked up to get something to take on my 9:05 flight 10/16, the 3 employees being paid to staff the restaurant (!) had packed it in. Happy to sell a Cinnabon, but absolutely nothing else out/available and they basically had mutually decided some time before they were done cooking and no interest in serving customers. Auntie Anne, need some management focus on this store — you actually want to cook and sell food to customers, right? I mean that IS your business, right?
Props to Pat at auntie annes for going through the ingredients for me so I could enjoy a dairy free pretzel!! Awesome service
