First and foremost I hate rude people. The employee who sat us down was very rude and disrespectful. While we were eating she past by from refilling a cup of drink from someone, my husband stop and ask I need hot sauce she continued walking threw her arm up and said go ask your waiter in a rude tone. She really needs to up game her position and learn customer service. The correct way to responding is calling the waiter and letting him know one of his table needed him. But food was okay but wouldn’t return to this place at all. And the restrooms were so disgusting and dirty.
They raised the price, its no longer worth eating over priced oriental food from this place that is either cold or bland tasting. In the past I have noticed that the floors need to be cleaned/updated and the restrooms to be dirty every visit. You have to pay before you eat (17.00 each) so be prepared as the prices have gone up and the service/food has not improved. At that price you are better to go spend it at Kobe and get better food and service.
Heard it was good; stopped in for lunch. Selection was limited, food looked old. The rice was good. But that’s about it.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the food is decent. Now I don't know if it's racism or what. Service sucks on getting refills which is the primary job and when we asked for duck sauce she looked at me like I was retarded.Never had an issue before but now we do. No tip for you.
This is the 2nd time I've found plastic in my meal within 2 weeks. First time in my crab ragoon. This time in my soup. Nothing was done to rectify the situation! Both time I was apologized to no refund or discount. I will not be returning. Hopefully no one swallows any plastic.Cons:Crab tastes like ammonia, which means it was dead long enough to for bacteria to breed before cooking.Customer and skill are sub-par.The cooks ofter have plastic in the food.The bathrooms aren't the cleanest.Small food selection.Pros:Kind wait staff.Food is refilled often.
Honestly the best Asian buffet in San Antonio! The food was all amazing. I was honestly blown away by the great food and friendly staff definitely will be returning soon. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
I bet the people that run this place don't eat here. It's disgusting. Not worth the 17 bucks per person they charge. Everything tasted old and now my stomach hurts. Stay away unless u like getting old dry stale food. On the plus side the waiter brought me as much sierra mist as I could drink.

Very good Buffet! There was a good selection of food, that was being constantly replenished so it was fresh and warm. The coconut shrimp were especially good! Sushi wasn’t to bad, not great, but good for a buffet. Also, stakes made to order was good.Overall very good all you can eat with reasonable price.
The selection was good and everything I tried was very good. They have sushi and some kid friendly American options. My son had a slice of pizza with his potstickers. We were there during an off-peak time and in my experience buffets aren't always fresh during off peak times that was not my experience here though, everything I had was fresh. I highly recommend the sesame chicken it was very good everybody in my party was very happy with their meal.
