Just had a funnel cake and it was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Ended up having to throw it away. This has been the 2nd time this has happen. Thought I give it another try. No more for me. Sad cause I really wanted to like it.
I didn't like the shaved ice. Way too much sugar or maybe syrup in general. Still, food was inexpensive and fast. Staff were nice and seemed to be working their tails off. I think I'm going to try again even though I barely touched what I bought this time because the place just seems to deserve it.
Stopped by to try the shaved ice after great reviews from Google. The drive thru had three cars in front of me and the line was moving slow. A young lady came out and was taking orders curbside on an ipad. When she approached my car, I ordered a 16oz mango shaved ice with a scoop of ice cream, a 16oz dreamcicle, and gave her my credit card. About 5 minutes later, she returns my credit card and the frozen treats. When I got home, to my surprise, the syrup was weak and indiscernible and there was no ice cream, which I paid for and didn't get. First impressions, I'm disappointed. ☹️
I got the ice cream and brownie, my sister got the rainbow italian ice, my dad got a sugar free strawberry snow cone, but it had no flavor, If he liked it I would've rated 5 stars
I used to love it here. They have excellent mangonadas. They cannot efficiently manage the drive thru though. I used to get around this by calling ahead, then a couple of years ago they stopped answering phone and refuse to do call ahead.Today my back was really hurting and I tried to go through drive thru. After paying and waiting 15 mins, I went inside to find that employees had totally forgotten about me and my order. I asked for refund and with no apologies, man told me I needed to go back out to my car to get my visa, otherwise he couldn't do a refund. I just walked out. So tired of poor service unless the owner is there.
Very disappointed I went in for a fruit cup and they gave me half a cucumber with five pieces of fruit on top smh I’ll never go back luckily i left already
After we tried out items, I stopped inside to tell girl of our experience. Halfway through my sentence she gave me a thumbs up and walked away. I then told her “Great Customer Service”. Do not waste your money on this place.Out of several ice cream flavors. Cookies and cream had almost no cookies in it and no specks of ground up cookies even. Chocolate ice cream didn’t taste good. And mango smoothie was mango and ice. Barely blended.Would not recommend. Would not return

Stopped today and customer service from the gentleman taking my order was very poor and rude. Items ordered had nothing special and everything was overpriced. Unfortunately, I won't be buying here next time.
I just came here and this place served me and my partner old hot dogs and old hot Cheetos and cheese the hot Cheetos were very stale and the chili on the hot dogs was old tasted real funky both of us got sick they also served our food in an H‑E‑B bag that was all dirty with no napkins no forks or spoons for us to eat we had to turn around and ask for it, I would stay away from this place not good for anyone to get served like this!!!! They out in no effort in making sure the food is still good and no effort in sanitation at all!!!! Don’t go here unless u want to get sick right after
