Went with wife my wife and two friends and really enjoyed the outdoor patio. Service was great, Manolo is the man! Wife and I split the Centerpiece and a queso flameado, both excellent. Wife's Jalapeno Hibiscus margarita was very good. My sweet tea was as well. Honestly the view off the patio adds to the overall dining experience. (Granted, we had great weather.) Both of our companions enjoyed their entrees as well. 2?up!
Flavor: AService: ATea: ASolo dining: AI don't seek out patios but I would eat on this one anytime it was pleasant outside. You could nearly forget you were sitting a few feet away from a huge parking lot for all kinds of retail. The view is great. And so is the food - especially the table side guacamole.
Delicious lunch with a great view! Went for Cinco de Mayo and enjoyed a refreshing margarita special. “The Works” fajitas has beef, chicken and shrimp and comes with rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and grated cheese. The pound was enough for two adults.
Loved it very busy.beautiful views food was excellent.very good service.im so glad I found this place while visiting texas
Tasty fajitas and a fun atmosphere. I'm gluten free, and they were accommodating - only one thing on the gluten free menu (fajitas), but it was excellent! Service was good for our big group, and no issues with separating checks.
Nice atmosphere but the food was just so, so. They charge for everything like chips and salsa. No extra tortillas served with any meal. It makes everything expensive and the food was just not that good. People were enjoying the bar though.
The patio and views are phenomenal. The food and service match! Not sure about the tostada chips in brown bags- maybe should be part of presentation for server to pour them into bowl. Was the only thing that caught me "off-guard". Seemed kinda "cheap/lazy" for the place I was dining at. Drinks were on-point. Great ambiance and fantastic food.
I've been here twice and have been impressed twice. I am hispanic and am fond of good mexican food. I am picky when it comes to mexican food and was very surprised to find this gem hidden in stone oak. I'll be bringing my family here the next time they come to visit. Also, I am picky about margaritas on the rocks, can't stand the tart, acidic, limey margaritas you get other places, not here, some of the best. Food and drinks deserve the highest rating for this place, it is not cheap but worth every penny.
Definitely good food. Terrific views. Great drinks. The only thing stopping this from being a five star review is they charge $2.99 for chips and salsa. That being said, it's a terrific place. During my visit the service was very good. I was well attended without people hovering over me. The views cannot be understated from the patio and the variety of drinks is impressive. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy.
Good beef fajitas with great borracho beans, cheese, bland guacamole, dry Mexican rice and ultra thin tortillas. Server was friendly but forgot our margarita till mid dining experience. Ambiance is what you pay for on the top of the scenic overview.
