Very good shakes , tea and lemonades , friendly staff
I was a loyal customer of this once good establishment; until I was service uncooked meat! I ask respectfully to get my order remade and the cook in the back utterly refused to remake my food. I am astoundingly amazed at the bad service because they used to be very good. Pitiful how a great place can be so rude. This is the Blanco rd restaurant. I hope they reopen the one on Bulverde!!

Terrible service and bad drinks… I went to get a matcha milk tea with boba and it was served from a container that had the drink already mixed. I thought that was strange but ok. I try it and it tastes like 90% sugar and 10% matcha. The tapioca was not good either. I go back to ask for another cup so I can dilute it with milk or water but the employee working the register did not care. Never again… the drinks are way too overpriced as well. $6+ for the worst boba I have ever had
The only thing I liked at this place is the Lemon pepper buffalo wings and the mangonada but the rest is to be desired. The corn in the cup was sweet like sweeten with honey...not appealing at all and the steak fries were just mush and not a good flavor. This place was not clean. The Windows were dirty and the floors had food and dirt all on them. For not being busy it seemed that all the staff cared to do was be on their phones instead of taking care of the establishment.
Haven't been in a while, so decided to go for lunch with my mother and girlfriend. Was surprised how slow it was, but quickly found out why. They made changes to the menu, and not for the better. The drinks are still good, but the food is horrible. The garlic noodles used to be so good, but they changed what noodles they use. Fried food taste like they haven't changed the oil. We will not be coming back.
The ube milkshake was good and had a nice presentation.I don't really recommend any of the food though. It is just alright in my opinion.
I'm only giving this a 3 star based on my quick first visit. We got the classic corn cup and it was ok. Not bad, but they use sweet yellow corn and not white corn which is what you traditionally would use. The place is nice and clean and it wasn't crowded. I did mention to the staff it was our first time there but they didn't make any suggestions. Which is fine. But a bit more engagement from the staff would've been nice for a first time visitor. They have a nice varied selection of mainly drinks like the Mangonada among others. Plus they have a simple but appropriate food selection like fries and chicken meals. I may visit again later on. For my first time visit. It was just ok.
We spent over $30 and one of our drinks was nothing like the menu described, the mango drink is advertised as sweet and savory NOT sour nauseating like it was for me. I asked to see if I can PAY for some mangoes to put in to even out the flavor . The drink ended up bright red and was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. The employee wasn’t helpful and rude. Do not recommend. I will never return.
Fast, fresh, and good portions. Mac & cheese with carne assault & flaming hot Cheetos with Cookie Monster shake.
