Best BBQ I’ve had in quite some time! I would definitely recommend this place if you like Louisiana style cooking. If you like brisket, this place is the place. I had the 225 monster grilled cheese and it is damn good. Excellent customer service and every single thing we ordered was perfect. My wife is pregnant, she loved everything that was ordered

Where Cajun meets Texas BBQ. We enjoyed our visit to 220 Urban Smoke after visiting the Fort Sam National Cemetery. We chowed on tasty brisket, sausage, ribs and a yummy Cajun Pasta along with Cajun Corn, Potato Salad and Dirty Rice. All of it was great as was the awesome customer service we received. We were greeted as we walked in by a lovely cashier and we were visited at our table by an impressive 13-year-old young man who asked how everything was, and then visited again by Daniel - the restaurant manager. We were impressed on all levels, 220 Urban Smoke. All the best to all of you and thank you again!

We got the 2 meat plate and the Cajun pasta. All so good, but the brisket is a must! Would definitely go back!!

The brisket IS ON POINT! Tender, juicy and sausage perfect. The chicken sandwichs are outstanding! The smoked wings awesome!Excellent service. Seriously a must try.

We just left 225 urban smoke I highly recommend this restaurant not only were there’s meats delicious but I was surprised that the sides were delicious amazingly delicious ., we ordered pork skins to go . I was stuck in there parking lot enjoying there hot spicy chicharon man were they delicious definitely returning back.. Go support and try there delicious food…

This is absolutely one of my favorite bbq spots in San Antonio and it's really good... I would recommend it I have not had one thing here I don't like it's all good. Tip it off with a lemonade or a cheesecake ypu will not be dissapointed. Everything is cut right on front of you and the brisket sandwich os real chopped brisket not just sauce like at bill millers. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friend wanted BBQ and I was in the mood for cajun. We hopped off a plane and found BOTH in the same place!! The owner/manager was extremely nice, the food was perfectly priced, and the portions were just right! Beyond all that though is the flavor. My friend had the club that had brisket and a homemade sweet mustard (on the side), and I had the Catfish Opelousas. What a fantastic meeting of cajun and Texan! Not as spicy as I'd hoped but such a nice mix flavors I can see it being enjoyed by more diverse pallets. If you're in the area, do it!

Took my boyfriend here and we knew the moment we walked in that it was going to be good! The aroma of BBQ hits you the moment you walk in. Service: Staff was helpful and nice! You order first and pay and they will bring you your food. Food: WAS DELICIOUS! Whew it was so good, my boyfriend went every weekend for weeks! Seasoned ?? to perfection! I had the catfish sandwich, fries & macaroni bites! My boyfriend got ribs, macaroni and cheese & toast. Parking: On site. Restaurant: Clean. Nice TVs and plenty of room for a seat down meal with family.

Very friendly staff, great food. Definitely will come back next time I’m in SA area
