1st time customers and have to say ?not good to go back again. All the Tablets were dirty,we ask for them to clean one for us. But kept us waiting. There were 2 people there. But i guess they both decided to take the next customers order 1st. We ordered a banana split. It was full of whipped cream with a small amount of ice cream.,almost nothing( if you know what i mean by small amount). the only thing they did right was, they were quick to take the order.
Simply put this is a food truck experience inside a building. Food was okay.... The menu was non existent and all over the walls. I'm not even sure what I can actually order. Staff was nice. It's a small space and gets busy quick. Ice cream melted fast inside. I think the air was a bit hot for an ice cream parlor. Funnel cake was pushing 13$ it's not bad, but I probably won't be back.
This ice cream parlor is all what you looking for! For some reason I love coke float! And they make it just right! and the must try is funnel cake! In the picture you can see coke float and other 2 items are of mango I forgot their names but those were sort of mango with spice
Horrible.Ordered on line went to pickup wasn't ready. Waited 30 more minutes and ice cream was in a cup melted, my smooth melted and funnel xake was flat, no flavor.NEVER AGAIN
Small business but with delicious huge desserts? Would highly recommend to come here??If you have a sweet tooth this is surely the place to come?
The mangonada I had was perfect! Took off one star for the flies. Please do something about the fly situation :(
The strawberry funnel cake was amazing. Crispy hot funnel cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries with whipped cream. It was really good. The nachos with jalapenos we're all good. They don't skimp on the cheese sauce. Also had a chocolate sundae and it was made perfectly. The staff is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is very nice as well and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a Frosty treat in the San Antonio area.
Great customer service but the music is a little to loud so you can't really hear the one taking your order if the music could be lowered while someone is making and order that would be great. Also I wanted to recommend putting the ordering line to the left wall as you come in it would make for a more easier flow so that people in line aren't in the way of people picking up or going to their table.
I got a funnel cake with strawberries and I had high hopes. I was craving it forever so I tried this place out. They put strawberry milk syrup on it with fresh strawberries which was so disgusting. Strawberry puree is not hard to make or buy. I was so disappointed. And it was 13 dollars. No whip cream or anything only strawberry and nasty syrup. Def a huge let down and waste of money
Had a horrible experience the owners employees do not speak English at all I ordered a strawberry funnel cake and I got a M&M funnel cake super cold the bread was still raw! Extremely expensive! Please if you cannot speak English please learn how to speak English especially if you want to live in the USA & Especially if you want to run a business here! That is not good customer service at all. Horrible horrible customer service music was outrageous extremely loud and not appropriate for young children.
