Be very aware that the servers & management will do everything to entice you and make it difficult to hear what they’re saying so that they can charge you close to $700 a bottle! They lead you close to the stage so you can’t hear anything they say. And they act like they can’t hear you. Do not give them your credit card. They don’t bring you the bill for you to sign. They will take advantage . Beware!
Went for Above & Beyond. I’m so glad that San Antonio now has a great nightclub that is bringing in huge names. Bottle service was great and our host Navid was on point. He was professional and helpful. Our server Samuel was great as well.It felt like we were in a Vegas nightclub, which is the peak of nightlife entertainment. If you are going to do bottle service for a big event, it’s done a little different here than in Vegas… you have to buy tickets and pay for the space, not just hit a liquor minimum… however the prices work itself out.Thanks for an epic night!
This place looks amazing. They have a dress code and you may be turned away.It’s crazy that they won’t let just anyone inside to buy drinks and pay a cover charge… but they’ll let in any DJ to play their music.If they were as selective with their DJs as they are with the people, maybe this club would have better reviews.The music makes the club! If the music is whack, everything else is too. ** GET A NEW DJ ** WORST EVER **
First let my say the servers(ladies) is very nice and worldful and were trying their best to accommodate us. It's a nice club, I'm sure others spend more money than I did but not worth the amount of money I spent. It was a group of 10 ladies celebrating my sister. Management don't care, I wasn't told I would be charge a cover even though I had a reservation, was moved around from one area to another, I assumed to accommodate other reservations even thought I paid extra to have a bigger area. It's all good never again.
It’s a nice one-time experience because the architecture of the building is beautiful, but I would not go back. Much better vibes at better prices elsewhere.Parking is horrible - walk a 1/4 mile or paying for valet. Not considerate of women in heels.Cover is $20… so basically, $30 if you want a comfortable walk and entry into a club… in San Antonio. Outside of downtown. Not IN downtown.When you enter the club, everyone is just standing around. For 2 reasons.1. The DJ sucks. I brought a group of 10 ladies and we literally all left immediately. It was not worth it.2. More than half of the dance floor is taken up by VIP sections, which they have more than enough of around other areas of the club so it’s clear these people are just trying to maximize profit.Lastly, I came with a group 10 models with the promise from their GM Vic and their promoter Bianca of getting a free bottle and section for the 10 ladies I was bringing in. (We had planned to help them shoot some social media content for 1902) but when we arrived the GM was extremely rude and dismissive and told us that there was “no section available for you anyways”.After all the trouble of parking and walking and getting all the ladies there, I would’ve offered to just stay anyways and had paid for drinks at the bar, but the music and vibe was so poor, we left.I texted the GM the day after with all the evidence of confirmation from his promoter of the plans for us that evening and how disappointed I was with the way he treated us… left on read. No accountability. Typical low-class club attitude.Hopefully they make changes because the place has a lot of potential.
It’s fun, but super over priced get ready to pay. You are downtown so I guess that’s the reason. Check it out for yourself.
There’s better places to go in San Antonio. This place charges an cover for such lame djs and subpar drinks would recommend someone better like social spot, or boham. I want a refund done such a bad experience lol . no body here.
Had such a great time! You need to check this place out if you’ve never been. The setting and the staff is so welcoming! The bottle girls are all so sweet and give exceptional service. There is a cover but if you make friends w the bottle girls they’ll add you to their guest list so you can get in for free! The music had a good flow and bartenders were fast. Overall lit experience
Came in to celebrate on a Friday!!! the staff where so nice, didn’t took long to receive us at the door and take us to the table (love the menu and the diversity of liquor) $ price is reasonable for the experience and how fancy it is. My server was great and kept checking on us .I had a blast the club is huge and very historical, love the music they play Latino and rap with some EDM towards the end and I love it.. I’m in to everything when it comes to music so for partying with your friends you must check this place.. the lights are sick I wouldn’t think the interior was like this
1902 is one of a kind! There are no other clubs like it in San Antonio and the experience is so unique. They have a guest list available, which I loved. Everyone at the door is super friendly. They do have a dress code they enforce but it’s nothing super strict. As long as you're dresses nice. Once I walked in I was amazed! Gorgeous building, great light show and awesome music. The DJ plays a little bit of everything. The bartenders are quick and friendly, and the bottle service is on point! You feel like a special guest when they bring your bottles out, and their service is very attentive and upbeat. Overall, it was such a fun place to go and I would recommend to go check it out.
