We tried to order from the Wingstop on Knickerbocker at 9:20 on a Thursday night. The website and door indicated they were open. We had hungry ASU baseball players to feed. They refused to take our order, even though the door said "open until midnight." Very unprofessional, and the worker was rude and unprofessional. This occurred on 5/12/22 at 9:20 pm. We will not give this Wingstop our business in the future.
We ordered a large order and got home with it and the tenders are so burnt and nasty we couldn’t even eat them. I contacted the manager for them to remake the food for us and she informed me that they came in freezer burnt and nasty and there was nothing she could do about it. If she remade it they would turn out the same. I asked her why would they serve freezer burnt nasty food and she informed me that nobody else complains about it. She was VERY rude, wouldn’t even let me talk and then hung up. We normally get great food and excellent customer service. It’s sad that they treat their customers like this when we spend a good amount of money there.
The wings were pretty good, but not as good as usual. They were very generous with their cheese sauce (gave us a drink cup full) BUT forgot the fries to go with it. It was disappointing.
Ordered and waited the 30 minutes, drove across town to pick it up... got home, my sons strips were not in the bag.
