Great wings at a cheaper price than most places
Ordered buffalo wings, got plain with no sauce on the side. The fries were soggy. The wings had feathers on most of them. I asked for 1 large ranch, they gave me 8 little ones. They didn’t even remember to give me my drink cup. I had to remind them. How annoying. I was told this location was better than the other one. Clearly not.
Tried calling multiple times to place an order at 11 pm (an hour before closing) but nobody answered. So we had no choice but to drive up there. Pulled up 20 mins until closing time. The girl working in the front was rude and unprofessional. Already closing the register and counting the money; she did not allow us to place an order. We asked what time they closed and they said 12 (after looking at the clock first) but the girl said that they stopped taking orders at 11:40. Which so happened to be the time that we got there. And she turned off the lights while we were there. It sounded to me that they were just trying to leave at 12 which I understand but if our calls were answered our order would've been placed and ready by closing. Also employees were just standing around vaping behind the counter.
trashy environment! Manager was too busy staring into the abyss! yelling at the workers putting people on hold while she wasn’t busy and when she would answer calls she would put her foot on the counter! Until one of the workers that was not the manager told her to take it down!
Literally waited 30 minutes and watched one of the employees and females managers mess around and use cell phones while I was waiting. The female manager is extremely slow and unprofessional.
i had to come back to this place 3 times because they still messed up my order after telling them that it was wrong if im trying to feed my family it’s such a struggle coming back to this place i highly don’t recommend this location
Wingstop...29th st San Angelo, TX...what can I say...I grew up in Brooklyn/Rochester/Buffalo area..I KNOW wings. This location has outstanding staff. the chef has inspired the most amazing thighs ever...the Lemon pepper thighs are cooked to perfection..the skin is so crispy and tastes of fried pork..its like eating chiccarone, crispy and melts in your mouth. The chef also drops in little pieces of fried skin! always hot when delivered. The Cajun corn could include larger pieces, however they are very good. I just wish they offered dipping sauces in the available wing flavors.the rolls are yummy and fresh, just the right amount of yeast flavor. they also reheat well next day in a conventional oven.
The lady was RUDE on the phone. I have a 7 month old kid who was hungry and was screaming stepped out of the car to hear better and asked her to repeat it and she said I don’t have time to repeat it. And told us the total and that we better be there in 15. Showed up 25 minutes later for them to not even have it ready. NEVER AGAIN.
