too slow, always takes 45 minutes and still gets order wrong
Service was great, especially for a fast food joint.The burgers are definitely above average for fast food. Overall a pretty good burger. The fries are meh, reminiscent of McDonald's for sure. The spicy ketchup is amazing, though. It turns mediocre fries into delicious potatoes.In-N-Out is far superior in every way, no contest. #changemymind
LOVE THERE TALL STARWBERY SHAKES AND THE FACT THAT THEY LET YOU BUILD YOUR OWN LIKE AVOCADO,PICO DE Gallo MORE OR LITTLE WHERE ELSE CAN YOU BUILT YOU'RE BUGGERS .
The sweetest Manager greeted us at the counter. Sadly they were out of Dr Pepper shakes at the time but the manager was so sweet and nice and helped us order and made it a sweet visit. We will be back to enjoy amazing service again soon.
Food is always good ,however I wish I would' put a fish dish on menu all year around,I personally don't eat burgers or chicken,my family does I only eat fries
It's becoming hit or miss with food quality. One time burger is hot and fresh, next time it's like it's been sitting for a while along with cold fries. I never get hot fresh fries.
We went last night my fries were cold hard you can tell they were old and been sitting there for a while My burger was like eating a mustard sandwich it was loaded with mustard my shake wasn't filled 3/4 of the way

My family and I were hungry and needed a quick meal. We'd never had a Whataburger (being from across the country) so we decided to try it. My daughter and I had whataburgers (unremarkable) ($9.18 for two) but my husband really liked his hatch chile bacon burger. It was twice the price of our average burgers at $9.29, but how much he liked it seemed to make it a good choice. Should have had a shake. Our experience was also marred by two old ladies in front of us trying to use a coupon. Took forever to get them what they wanted. We also had to walk between cars in line for the drive through (like 3 lanes!) to get into the restaurant, which could be dangerous at night or in different weather conditions. Was not blown away by service or product.
45% correct orders at best. food is always room temp or below. grumpy staff and long lines at drive through. flat, dry, greasy bun burgers Go to McDonald's instead.
