It wasn't a great visit to this whataburger.. what happened to the fresh food. I remember working at whataburger in high school and we'd never put out this kind of dry, none fresh food. The fries are old, the buns and on the burgers are hard. The meat inside the burgers are dry.. the best thing out of this deal was the crisp soda... and they had the nerve to smile and say have a good day.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY DIRECTLY THROUGH THE WHATABURGER APP!! You will be charged the 5.99 delivery fee which isn’t necessarily the problem.The problem is WHEN, not if but WHEN, the store forgets one or more food items or an entire meal and you call to inform them of such their immediate response will be “We won’t be able to do anything about that but let me talk to my manager.” Then as you sit there phone in hand and mouth agape at the fact you were just told the store had no intention of doing anything to fix THEIR MISTAKE, the manager gets on the phone to tell you they have no way of initiating a delivery due to it being a 3rd party arrangement then sits there silent as if waiting for you to just simply say “Oh ok my loss, sorry to bother you!”. I finally broke the awkward silence by having to ask if I drove up there if I could pick up my missing items which I was told I was welcome to do but did I get even so much as a “Sorry!” Or “We apologize” or did I receive coupons for a free item for my troubles? That would be a big NOPE.IF YOU MUST ORDER DELIVERY USE DOOR DASH, UBER EATS, or SAN ANGELO TO GO that way WHEN you are missing items you can either get your money refunded or they will reschedule a trip themselves to .
What's was properly cooked and dressed. Onion rings were excellent. Fried the new Spicy Ketchup (hot sauce). It was excrement good.
If only we could get the Breakfast Burger any time of the day. Also ordered the Whatacatch meal. Pretty darn good fish.
This Whataburger is not very good. Their workers are very subpar. They don't take orders well. They don't make orders well. I didn't realize how subpar it was until I went to the Whataburger in Abilene and it was amazing how much better the workers were and better the food tasted.It also took 20 minutes to get a small order
Always a good stop... This time I wanted to complain about the timing of getting the food out. I was in the drive through however when I got my food it was great. Can't complain Whataburger always a good stop
Eh... I'm giving up on this location. They got my order completely wrong again (asked for plain burgers for my kids and they came with everything on them). The food didn't taste fresh and they didn't put any ketchup in the bag, even though I asked for it. I STILL had to park my car and go inside to get ketchup. I mean... what's the point of drive thru then? Worst $20 ever spent.
Debra the manager IS ALWAYS THE SWEETEST! She has been at different Whataburger stores all thruout the years and she gets sweeter every year, I just love her unique customer service spirit! I follow her to every store she's at until she moves! I don't care which store she wrks at, I will always follow her!!! She lead's an awesome crew and I really appreciate it!!!Sincerely, Karla Sharp
The staff was very apologetic about not having many popular items available at the moment, but still had what we went for. Even with a long drive thru line they were quick and the food was amazing!
Used to order from this location a lot but sadly out of the last 5 times only 2 have been correct and when you set up a time to curbside pick up get to the store at given time and have to wait 30 extra min to get a wrong orderFIGURE IT OUT DO BETTER
