Food is great n workers r fast at Their job. The only down fall is toooooo many flies
Restaurant is severely understaffed. Wendy's is known for hot fresh meals. It is not the case here. Burgers were precooked and very dry. French fries were luke warm at best. Ice machines were not working properly and the soft drinks were not good at all. Since they do not have enough employees to staff the store they should close the indoor dinning. Highly disappointed.
We received the wrong order and asked for it to be corrected and the manager was extremely rude and refused to give us what we paid for and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and said “No I will not give you my name cause then You're just gonna call and leave a long complaint so you can’t have it” so I asked her for my money back and she said she would only give it back for one sandwich. I would like all of my money back for this horrible experience and for the food I didn’t Get.
They can't ever seem to get an order correct at this location. You ask for a meal, they don't give you fries. You ask for certain things to not be on a sandwich due to allergies, they still put it on. At least the McDonalds nearby gets it right.
Quality is what you get here! Everything fresh. The mobile app gives you offers that are unbeatable elsewhere. Salads, burgers and breakfast are all of good quality. The oatmeal bar is my favorite. Must download app for savings.
Really bad customer service from the manager. After I tried expressing my concern (not letting me finish) she said that's the way they do it in her Wendy's, which I respect but then she brought up her yearly income (out of no where) basically telling me she wasn't going to put up with anything because she don't get paid enough. I hate complaining and I usually try my best to make it work with what I got, but this problem wasnt going to work for me.. I tried to address it as nice as possible. I didn't have to know how much she makes a year and her personal problems. I just wanted my meal to go.
I ordered the Asiago Classic Chicken Sandwich and it was really good. Wendy's changed their fry recipe though and I think the old fries tasted better. They aren't too much different but noticeably different. Honey mustard is always good, I choose that to dip my fries in. I also got the choccocino coffee drink and it was pretty tasty!
These guys used to have the best burgers in town but there was something lacking this time maybe it was too late and they didn't want to open a new bag of lettuce or pickles. The fries were better than last time but they still were not hot
Food was fine. The touch screen fountain machines have very few options. I would like to say this was just a busy time, but it’s always like that. They don’t really attend to them.
Very disappointed in how I was treated on my last visit. Would love to visit with upper management about it!
