Great place! Friendly staff, relaxing environment but also fun! The food is delicious! We got the waffle and the Lox bagel!
As always, it was amazing. The Weekender fully loaded was a hit at our meeting. No one minded that I was late!
This place is a modern coffee shop with a good atmosphere. Seating is plentiful and the space is open and appealing. This is a great spot to sit for a quick bite or sip a coffee.The coffee and food is priced about average for the area. I got a plain latte and bagel with cream cheese, both of which were good. I'll probably try the lox bagel they have in the future, which will be more telling of the food quality.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely be back.
Bagel & frappe were delicious! I didn’t know what to order so they helped me with recommendations. Everyone was super friendly and nice! Will definitely be going back more often!

Went into The Grind more than once this week and it was AWESOME! Coffee was great and customer service was on point. The manager whose name was Katie was super nice and helped me pick out what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to there. Great job!! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
Went in for the first time today and man I was not disappointed! Coffee and bagel we're on point!! I will definitely be going back and might be my new coffee spot! Great customer service also!
I've been in a couple of times. The service is awful. The girls behind the counter don't smile, barely acknowledge your presence and don't interact with you at all while you're ordering/paying. I always tip but it really rubs me the wrong way to when you get the cold shoulder from a place that's supposed to be uplifting like a coffee shop. The owner needs to hire some friendly staff.I'm currently not drinking coffee so both times I've gotten a smoothie and a bagel. The smoothies aren't great... they lack flavor and are overpriced for such an underwhelming drink. However, the bagels are very good. Unfortunately, I don't know if the bagels alone are enough to keep me coming back after the way the service has been.
