This is our go to place for something quick and cheap. Don't usually have manu problems and if we do they are willing to help and accommodate. Service is is usually pretty quick.
Food was good, prices were reasonable, and I got what I ordered. The outside sign lights were off, and I couldn't read the menu as it was 7:15 pm in February. There were no outside lights on the building either. The guy who took my order said the sign didn't light up; I knew that was wrong. I was hoping they could just flip a switch so I could read it. The guy who gave me my food said he was told it was on a timer. Anyway, I would have liked to been able to see the menu. Just got tacos because I didn't know what else to order.
Stopped by last week and got 4 tacos and 2 orders of Cinnabons....got back to work only had one order of them. Called store and set up a day to get them. Went back today got 3 tacos and requested the one order of Cinnabons owed to me.... got them but they did not give me any Diablo sauce that I asked for, the girl forgot to give me my card back. And when she realized it she just gave it to me with no apology or any thank you. And they want $15-$20 an hour to place an order in a bag that is wrong 80% of the time.and can't remember hot sauce?
I like to frequent taco bell for a quick lite lunch, because the food and service is good. the prices are affordable. the staff is always friendly and does a good job in getting the food out quickly and fresh & hot. so I recommend them
Ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and the shells were so hard and crunchy it was cracking and very gross :( and it also took quit a while for it to get to us and then still being messed up. Slightly disappointing. Went in and got them replaced which was nice but the tortillas still seemed kinda crunchy as If they were old or stale but other then that amazing service and friendly staff :)
Everything is great an great customer service .Just wish they had kept the Beefy Burrito on the $1 menu
This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I ordered 3 Doritos Locos and the employee said the fryer wasn’t working, but Doritos Locos do not require a fryer so we would not wait long. HOWEVER, we waited AN HOUR AND A HALF because the car in front of us ordered something that could not be cooked quickly and even though ours was ready they would not give it to us until the order in front of us was ready. This Taco Bell was HORRIBLE and I think everyone should be fired because of the absolute terrible service that was provided. I honestly never want to go to a Taco Bell because of these HORRIBLY rude people whom are working for them.

The only taco bell I go to in San Angelo. Good every time from my experiences. 4 out of 5 stars. Took a star because taco bell no longer has the Mexican pizza. Bring it back yall!!
This place used to be okay. It was about as good as a Taco Bell can be. But the last year or so the food quality has deteriorated pretty badly. Tonight I gave this location one last try, and I regret it. Two out of three tacos were inedible with so much grease that my carseat was damp from where it leaked out the bottom of the bag. I hate to give negative reviews, but it's obvious that things aren't going to improve at this location any time soon. The only star I'm giving is for the staff. My customer service experience has been decent at least.
