Great food just cost more than it use to for a family of 5 to eat out.
We used the the kiosk to order food for the heck of it. It didn't give us a receipt or a order number to give them for our drinks. It did give a option to have the receipt sent to you as a text. The employee that handed us our cups wasn't very nice. The prep cook actually asked if we needed anything. Took a little bit for the food. We did order alot. The food was hot. Good. Overall experience was pretty good
Do not recommend 1901 N. Bryant location. Asked for extra sour cream on three burritos and got NO sour cream. Charged for extra on my ticket though $$$$. Asked for extra Diablo sauce and got 2. No napkins in bag and no thank you.
Couldn't place a breakfast order, signs weren't changed , I didn't know the breakfast menu, Couldn't leave drive thru lane stuck for ten minutes......
Good!!! Had my 79 year old Mother in tow, on a road trip. Food was surprisingly good. Haven't tried any there since they combined with KFC. I recommend this place.
Food was fresh and customers service was better than the other taco bell's in town. We only go to the one on 19th street.
I have drive across the country and never been to a worst taco bell. Not the service or incorrect orders but they gave us empty taco shells and tortillas and called then tacos and burritos. Literally had 3 Tiny pieces of chicken and burrito was all tortilla. Then we asked for extra sauce but no we ate the last 3 tacos with no sauce and a burrito. Don't waste your money
I ordered through the mobile app for a late dinner around 730ish. When I got there to pick up my order it was packed and the drive thru was pretty full. There seemed to be an issue with an order when I walked in about a family getting meat when they requested black beans and there may have been a bit of a language barrier, but the staff handled it very well, the customer was taken care of. I may have waited a while longer than I would have liked, but everything in my order was correct and the staff was very apologetic and they were doing their best. The only problem was the angry dude that came in after me, who couldn't wait 15 mins for a taco.
