I can look past a lot but whenever you tell somebody that you need black pepper only and they put salt and pepper and then they get an attitude because you told them you were sorry they would have to remake that sandwich because your father cannot have extra salt it was just handled very unprofessionally luckily the other lady there took over and helped us because she had lost her cool.
I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki 6" with american cheese, tomatoes, pickles, extra sweet onion sauce, and mayo. I am sad to say that it is the saddest excuse of a sandwich I have ever seen. It is so empty the bread completely closes. I got 3 small tomato slices, the biggest one being about the size a dollar coin, 5 pickles the same size, no mayo and no sweet onion sauce. I am highly disappointed. It would be one thing if it was 1 sub, but my order of 3 6" subs all came out the same and I'm sorry I wasted $20 on something that wont solve my hunger.
Always a good place to eat sandwiches, every once in a while they jack up your sandwich.
Good customer service.. Great price, sandwich was excellent... And if you have coupons.. You save alot more....

Disappointed in the cleanliness of were the meat and veggies are. Italian bread not browned enough.
Waited at the drive thru for 20 mins. Only 1 customer was there and 3 workers. 2 we're just standing there when we decided to backup and drive off. Second time that's happened to me..
I CAN'T believe how dirty the bathroom was, it literally ruined lunch for me. Blood on the toilet seat, cockroaches in the corner - I mean if there's cockroaches in the bathroom hanging out, how do I know they're not in the kitchen. More importantly, what if my child had to use the restroom, I would not allow her in a place that filthy. Horrible customer service. Then when we got our food, about every empty table was dirty, when asked to have it wiped down, I was giving a dry napkin to do it myself ? I don't mind doing it, but helllllo can you atleast provide me with the sanitized towel that is sitting by your register. I'm only sharing because I thought I was going to go out and have a nice lunch with my family and that was not the case.
