The people working here aren't bad and are hard workers, but usually there is literally only one employee in the store. It's slow as you can imagine, but I've never had a bad experience there other than feeling sorry for the workers. I would give it one star if the employees weren't so hard working despite being completely alone in a rush
They tried to charge me 34 for A wrap and a footlong. I asked for roasted chicken, got grilled and then there was a hair in it

So I went into this store couple weeks ago and got some sandwiches I started talking to the girl that was working and asked if she was alone because she had waited on 3-4 other people before me and Never saw anyone to come out and help, she told me that No she was working till close by HERSELF, then started telling me she is only 16, and everyone had called in so she had to do it alone. I asked if no one could help why didn’t the manager or distract mgr anyone come help or Close the store, she just said the Company wouldn’t do that and so I mentioned I was going email corporate office because I’m a mom and grandma and theirs no way I would want my 16 yr old be working ALONE at NIGHT it was about 8 pm.So I emailed corporate and got email back today that they are short handed and they give all their employees Protocols to FOLLOW TO STAY SAFE, well she might have been trained but what about the people that don’t follow Protocols their not going to care , I think with their being 8 SUBWAYS in San Angelo that if a 16 yr old was going have be by HERSELF that the company could afford to CLOSE for that night instead of taking the chance , But that’s just me . But if Subway would rather let a 16 yr old work ALONE at DARK that I would rather spend my hardworking money at a COMPANY that CARES for their EMPLOYEES so their are other SANDWICH STORES here so that’s where I will go to anyone EXCEPT SUBWAY.
Staff was rude. Pony tail guy said Online orders only gets started on after you arrive even though it says ready for pickup. I tried to explain that I was running late to the blonde pony tail guy and he didn’t care. I went bathroom and toilet was backed up with someone’s bowel movements.
Its not an awful place because I have had good sandwiches before but also had some pretty bad ones too. Also sometimes the people in the front are sometimes somewhat rude. The management at this one has been poor for a long time. Last time my chicken was also frozen even after toasted. Just overall not good.
Very friendly staff. Attended to me when I first got to the counter. Melinda very nice and friendly person and also one of the best subway sandwiches I have had in a long time highly recommend coming to this subway for good food and amazing costumer service
