Hands down the best Starbucks I've visited lately.... The young lady at the window could see that my wife didn't like the drink so she made another without charging us.... That kind of service has been lost somewhere, but she proved it still exists

They always mess up my order at this location. It's always a simple order and I just ask for no whipped cream and every time they put whipped cream
They always get my order correct and I am particular on how I want my drink made - and always friendly and helpful

Consistently out of things including ALL non dairy milks. That’s unacceptable. You shouldn’t operate if there is a population of people you can’t serve. There are several alternatives.
The drinks are never right i don’t why? I know quite a bit of people that go to the other locations because this one makes the drinks wrong every time. The line is ridiculously long you have to stay in line to leave they should make it bigger so you’re not stuck. They might be nicer but that doesn’t make up for drink quality.

Not the type to complain about stuff but when you wait 30 minutes for a drink (it wasn’t busy) and they showed no hustle through making any of the drinks. There were people walking out and leaving their orders behind because of the wait and disrespect from the employees who didn’t care to respond toSome people waiting. If you want to order online or drive through that’s the only time they will care about you
