The baristas are really nice and helpful, which I really like! But the store is so slammed in the mornings with mobile orders. It takes way too long to get your order. I ordered mine before I left home and it took a total of 20 minutes to get my drink despite the fact that the app said it would be ready in 6-9 minutes. Not sure if it’s inconsistencies with the app and store, or just too many mobile orders at once. ?
What's the point of mobile orders when you wait just as long as if you were in line? They don't make it until you get there and tell them your name.
Lots of confusion with the orders. Coffe was good though. Stopped a second time a month later and service was HORRIBLE!
The drinks are very inconsistent. They close the lobby very often, even on normal days with good weather. Lastly they turn off there online/mobile orders most of the time too. Hands down the worst Starbucks in the country.
We stop by to just get drinks took 30 minutes to get to the window I realize this is a busy place but the car in front of us returned her drinks to the clerk at the window wouldn't it be better if your employees would ask that customer to pull over while they correct her order really frustrating just wanting on them
30 minutes for a mobile order.......seriously?!?! EVERY person in the drive thru.......For 15 minutes.....and those in store got their drinks before mine were even STARTED!!!!!!
Very good, overpriced sugary coffee and tea. A long wait in the drive through, an inconvenient location at the intersection of Barrow and south 14th street. Sometimes the customers ahead will pay for the customers behind their car. Congested driving conditions though. The coffee is great it is always good. Do recommend sparingly of course due to sugar and time spent waiting in line. The batistas are always professional and kind.

We got drinks for myself and my niece and they were prefect - I got skinny caramel machito and Vanilla bean Frappuccino
Love the friendly staff. Fast service!! Can't wait for the next cup!!
