Great waitress and I mean exceptional. The chef that did the main course was great his personality was excellent. The food was fantastic.

The food was absolutely amazing!!! Our waiter/chef was nice to us but kept making fun of and putting down the other waiter/chef at the next table. Unprofessional.

Love the food especially their sushi rolls! I wish the hibachi cooks would put a little more effort into entertaining but it is still worth it for the food

Great food and very friendly staff. You could tell the chef had been publicly cooking at the table in front of people for a long time.

Wow. Shogun used to be the it place, a paid for performance of the preparation of your dinner. $50 dinner for two and the cook complained about having to leave the movies and come to work, about the handwriting of the waitress, on and on. No Steamboat Choo-Choo onion thing like they used to do oh, no special skills at all. As a matter of fact as we were almost finished eating we got our vegetables. We were the first people to be seated at 5 p.m. when they opened and there were five people at our table. Five more people waited at another table until we were totally finished and leaving the restaurant and the chef still wasn't out there to serve them. I think they only have that one cook. Not to mention this is the dirtiest location and unkempt. Maybe because it's a small town and there is a lack of employees, but it was very disappointing.

Mom, can we get hibachi for dinner? We have hibachi at home. The hibachi at home: Shoguns.Won't go back. No grill show, just a guy talking. Food bland. Steak overcooked. Spent too much to be let down this much.

I used to eat here often, but after tonight, never again! My relatives and I were seated at the hibachi table. We were the only customers at any of the hibachi tables. We ordered our drinks and food. The hot sake I ordered tasted like gasoline--it never should taste that way. The hibachi table we sat at was sticky. We all had to have our plates replaced because they had dried food on them after looking at them closely--same with the forks! We waited 30 minutes before the chef came out. He then turned around, realizing something was wrong with the cart and was gone again for another 10 minutes. When the chef finally started it was a terrible service. Most hibachi chefs do something interesting while preparing the food. The chef we had looked like he didn't want to be there and basically cooked the food like they would in a kitchen. No show whatsoever. The chef wasn't even dressed like the other chefs preparing their tables for the customers that arrived after us. The rice was dry as a bone, the seafood was overcooked, the vegetables were under-cooked. I'm not sure what the problem was tonight, but this restaurant needs an overhaul in service and management. Regardless of whatever changes, I won't go back again!

I have no clue why there was bad reviews but our food was excellent and delicious. Yea it isn't the cleanest establishment but the food was great. The guy cooking our food was friendly and did a great job cooking our meal. Will continue to keep coming here. The sushi was absolutely delicious.

My fiance, my daughter, her son and I went here on Friday 11/12/21 the cook put on a good show and the food tasted great, but then we noticed across the table next to my fiance son a roach was crawling on the table. We waved to the waitress and told her, next she grabs the roach with her bare hands and puts it in the grill trash. She was holding to go boxes, and says I guess I need to wash my hands. Later she comes back and offers us 50% or nothing. My fiance says this is really disgusting so waitress says ok then don't pay nothing. Being my daughter and her sons first time here for the first time was a horrible experience.

A little pricey, but sushi is delicious
