Amazing bar. Tons of tv's usually on sports of some sort from golf to the big fights and NFL. Very nice. The restaraunt and food is amazing. I'm a repeat, repeat customer. Lol. Kids welcome until a certain time. I'm a mother and can tell you, this is a safe place especially during the day. I wouldnt think twice about taking my kid in. Staff is perfect, waitresses are always on the lookout for anyone who needs a drink. Bartenders are very nice. Prices are great and competitive. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

My Lovely Wife has had a really busy time these last few days and in the afternoon I informed her I am taking her out to Dinner. I kind of knew that she kind of wanted to go out to eat because I kind of knew she didn't want to cook because we had no leftovers to reheat and she wasn't thawing out anything to prepare for our Dinner - and the fact that she did say "I'm not cookin' tonight" kind of told me she wanted to go out to eat. Now I have to think of where to take her. We tossed names out of places we've been and we do like to try new places. Shenanigans popped up in our conversation and we thought that would be the new place. From what we heard, Shenanigans has some really good food and cold beer. The Dictionary defines 'Shenanigans' as: 1: a devious trick used especially for an underhand purpose. 2a: tricky or questionable practices or conduct. 2b: high-spirited or mischievous activity. That right there defines my Childhood - this is gonna be weird - I just might have flashbacks. The Vette-Jet is all shiny and clean and so are we. Shenanigans is a Sports Bar (San Angelo) so we kind of know what to expect - Cold Beer and lots of TV's. We arrived right around our Dinner time and there are a good number of people here but it's not packed. Shenanigans is really big with two good sized rooms with tables for four and long tall tables for eight or more - and Two Bars. We grabbed a table and looked the place over. Brady, our Server (not Tom, he decided to return to get his quarterback - or something like that) came over with Menus and we asked about the Beers they have. My Wife decided on a Miller Lite and I'm going with a Lone Star. It's Texas and you're in a Sports Bar, you drink a Texas Beer. While our Beers are being fetched (that's Texas talk) we looked over the Menu. They also have Specials for each day listed on a Big Chalkboard. Soon our Beers arrived and we ordered our food. My Wife went with their "Chicken Fried Steak"; Hand Battered and comes with Toast & Gravy and one-side, she chose a Dinner Salad. I am having their "Mushroom Burger"; Angus Beef, Lettuce, Tomato, topped with Sautéed Mushrooms & Swiss Cheese (mayo & mustard). Comes with one-side, chose French Fries. While we waited for our food we enjoyed those Cold Beers - this does take me back to my Childhood, but that's another story. Shenanigans is a Sports Bar and they do have lots of TV's all around both rooms - and also an area for 'Corn Hole' and arcade type games to play. There are large groups of people here sitting at the Tall Long Tables enjoying their Friday Night with their Cold Beers. The place is filling up and all the Servers are busy. I took my pictures before everyone started arriving. Our food arrived and my Wife's CFS looks pretty good with Creamy White Gravy covering a good size CFS. Her Salad is Big for a Dinner Salad and a Beautiful Presentation. My Mushroom Burger is 'BIG' with a Nice Thick Angus Beef Patty and a Very Impressive Bun atop - nicely done Shenanigans. My Wife said that her CFS was Very Tasty and Meaty with a light breading. She cut me off a slice and I totally agree - this CFS is some Good Stuff. She didn't eat all her food and took some home, even the Salad (which was Fresh, Crisp and Delicious). My Mushroom Burger was nice-n-tall - Two Bites Tall and Very Burgerlicious. The French Fries are not Skinny like Shoestring Fries, kind of like a step up from that and have a slight Crunch to them on the outside and Seasoned Just Right - nicely done Shenanigans. We enjoyed our Dinner here and there is No Shenanigans going on at Shenanigans - just a bunch of people enjoying their Friday Night out with Friends - it's a place worth trying out and coming back too. It's All Good - the Food, Cold Beer & Service - and Friendly Customers and a Staff that will cater to your needs. Thank You Shenanigans for a Very Enjoyable Evening with my Lovely Wife who needed to go out. Thank You

Went to see Eric Schwartz, was an amazing show and great service! Sue was our server and she did an amazing job, food was great as well! I recommend this place!!!

Good service, good food. Steak and salad.

awesome food great service

Mac'n Cheese with spicy sausage is incredible. Food is really good here. Highly recommend. Great staff, too.

Busy night, short staffed as is every place seems to be. Our server did an excellent job despite being overwhelmed. We thanked her and tipped her well for her service to our group

Service was good. Typical bar food, but smoked Mac & cheese & pulled pork sliders were good. Anything breaded was obviously frozen & tasted freezer burned.

I’m usually pleased with them. But lately it seems like they are going downhill. Steak bits were way undercooked. Didn’t even get gravy with the tators. Was served the wrong flavor wings. Bartender was rude. Waitress was to new to be on her own.

I’m guess it’s called shenanigans for a reason. SLOW service, bar tenders unfriendly, one even made sure he boyfriend was being well taken care of but not us.
