The best thing about this place is the homemade torts freshly made with your order, will definitely be coming back just for those.

I went thru the drive thru today @8 in the morning and they asked me if I wanted salsa, of course I said yes. The girl at the window was being very rude . I told her thank you and still silence giving dirty looks. So I drive off away from the window and of course there is NO salsa on the bag, so I go inside and ask for salsa knowing they already have some made and poured into cups, and she sends me to the salsa counter to pour my own !!! What kind of customer service is that ? I’ve never had an issue at any of the rosa’s until today.
Rosa's is FAST! That's why we eat there. We also buy their fresh tortillas because we live nor far from there. The place is also cutely decorated. The portions and quality of Rosa's fillings for those tortillas aren't what they were when I first visited a Rosa's in Midland almost 25 years ago, but for the price it is okay.
Ordered the dbl combo fajitas with extra tortillas, salsa, chips and queso. We received attitude from the guy at the drivevthru, then we received no tortillas. None! How are we supposed to eat fajitas with No tortillas? Went inside to tell him and he tells me to look again. I bring the bag inside and say that we checked twice. This jerkwad had the nerve to put on a glove and check himself. He didn't believe me! Never again.
