Met with family members for lunch on a Sunday. Food was good, service is self serve. Gave us time to visit before their trip back home

Best Mexican fast food in the country. Fresh, fast and delicious. I wish there was a Rosa's in southern Colorado!
Stopped in for a quick Keto oriented lunch. Had 3 Beef Tacos, without the corn tortillas. It was actually very good. However, the condiment bar was VERY POORLY tended, especially it only being around 11:45am. Most of the lexan containers were empty and need a serious wipe up. Its appearance was rather unappetizing. Work on this.
The drive thru staff never check to make sure the orders are right and they are rude most of the time. Shout out to Sherwood crew…. I never have these problems.

Rosa's is iconic in this part of Texas. I swing by all the time. Good food, very consistent.
This restaurant is a joke. Ordered Sopapillas, they had us pull to the front and we waited over 20 minutes and no one ever brought us our order. My husband went in and all the employees were standing around. he asked about our order and they said that it still wasn't ready. He said never mind. No one offered him a refund. Sent an inquiry through their website and got a call from the manager. He offered no refund. He said next time you come in, I'll have a gift card for you. I told him we would not be coming back because of the horrible service and his only response was next time you come in, I've got you taken care of.
