We ordered the 15 mixed taco box, half bistek/half pastor, on Door Dash. And oh my goodness... Those tacos were DELICIOUS!! In coordination with Door Dash, we received our food SO FAST! I love Reyna's Tacos. I can always count on delicious food.

The people were amazing. The tacos were delicious. My only complaint is they were a lil heavy on the cilantro. Easy fix tho, ask for light cilantro next time. Paid for three tacos and they definitely gave macho a fourth :)
Best tacos I've EVER had!!! The box of 15 tacos costs around $30 and is well worth it!!! Our new family addiction!!!!
The wait at Reyna's Tacos was insane, I waited more than one hour and someone near me waited more than two hours. However, I must still give them five stars since they are the absolute best tacos I have ever had. We ordered two boxes, our only regret was not ordering more. Do yourself a favor and give these tacos a try, the wait is seriously worth it.
I've lived in San Angelo for 9 months now, have been to restaurant, food truck, diner, pizzeria, bakery, etc. you can think of and have never been treated as poorly as I was today. I requested 3 quesaritos, got 3 regular tacos instead and was charged the same amount for only 2 quesaritos after they "corrected my order." I pleaded for a third like I had originally ordered but was denied and told I would have to pay for the last one even though it was their fault for not getting the order correct. I was not refunded for the additional cost I had originally paid and will never come back to a mediocre taco stop. If you want great Mexican food there are plenty of cheaper and more respectful eateries around town that I strongly recommend you try including tacos locos, street eats, and Hidalgos!! Give your money to these places that value your entry and won't place profit over your experience.
So really I would give this place a 5 star but I called ahead and put my order in, the lady said 20 mins. I arrived at the time she gave me. Paid for my order and then waited 30 minutes watching 3 orders come out ahead. Definitely wouldn’t have called ahead if my order wasn’t being prepared while I was driving to Reynas. Next time I will just order there cause it is worth the wait. But I was hoping for it to be ready when I arrived hence ordering ahead.
Menu is simple, which makes it that much better. They make tacos and they make them right. (They also make tamales if you call ahead). These are not American tacos. They also have glass bottle Mexican coke, which makes a great pairing.. Cute patio/outdoor seating area... Also, their Dia De Los Muertos celebration was great!
Amazing establishment and phenomenal food. Customer service has always been spot on A+. The owners are very good people. Pre-Covid, 2020, 2021 and moving forward, both Leslie & Orlando are always working hard to keep their food at a 5 Star level.
On a professional level, the employees are terrible. The first time I went there was strictly for business (doordash)I waited close to an hour for a client's food, could not recieve any help. When I went to talk to the bartender about the order, she replied " I'm just a bartender, talk to the lady in the food truck."When I walked up to the food truck, another customer followed behind me. Clearly making it to the truck first, the lady inside ignored my presence and asked the man behind me what he wanted to order. It shook me at the level of unprofessionalism. I was so enraged that I went through all the motions, contemplating if this experience was even worth giving my customer the food they ordered. I ended up waiting in my car and checked every ten minutes to see if the food was ready because I reached the point that I did not want to be there because of how rude, uninformed and how unwelcoming the place felt. This place clearly has favorites, and I hope the next person doesn't make it on the same list I did. Not a pleasant experience, and because it was my very first experience at the restaurant, I do not recommend. Doesn't matter that I didn't get to experience the food. I don't care if this restaurant has the best food in town. If they can't treat their customers with respect, as far as I'm concerned, they don't deserve what's in my wallet.
