Great food with great service.
Honestly I'd give this establishment a zero if allowed. My family of 3 were looking forward to a delicious seafood dinner and unfortunately this was anything but. I ordered the snow crab legs and lobster linguine and the sauce was orange. The waitress said it was because of the color from the lobster. The crab legs were not fresh and way over cooked. My husband ordered the same as I but with lobster tails which were also not fresh. The lobster tank was filthy as well as the ladies room too. They were not busy, only 5 tables were occupied and still we sat there an 1 and a half. Red Lobster needs a deep thorough cleaning and better chefs. They also use cheap off brand foods to cut costs. This establishment is on the verge of closing down. We will never be back.
My Son and Daughter-in-law took my wife and I out to eat to celebrate our 26th Wedding Anniversary. My wife and I both got the stuffed flounder with some sort of creamy sauce with big pieces of lobster on top of it. It was very tasty, and our waitress Nicole did a fantastic job of taking care of us!! ??
Was actually a terrible experience. Good thing I do not live far from here for everyone in my family had to use the restroom immediately after eating. I would advise the health department take a look into the kitchen and the products they are selling. Maybe bring a mercury test kit.
I recently quit working as a server at the San Angelo red lobster because of the new manager. She is disrespectful to the staff and talks down to them. The behavior I have seen I view as bullying.I do not agree with bullying so I decided it was best to no longer support this location.
Excellent service, great atmosphere, food was great. I recommend the seafarer platter. my wife got the ultimate platter with two extra lobster tails and loved.
Over all it was ok. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta most of the chicken had the hard tendons on the end. My wife had a surf and turf medium well done and the steak was nuked and had to send it back. The server was good.
No more half price pasta option on the lunch menu but if you order the pasta they serve you the half pasta serving. Still very good though.
Five cars in the parking lot and a 15 minute wit for a table? This after the hostess dropped her smile after she found we wanted a table. Nonsense. Never again. Enjoy bankruptcy
The staff here were friendly and helpful. The food was also surprisingly good for seafood in a non-seafood place.I have gotten delivery from here and the food is also done well so they certainly nailed it both dine in and delivery.Definitely would recommend coming here for your seafood fix!
