Customer service is always good, our orders are always correct, and the food is usually great. Not great everytime but pretty close. We understand that it's not going to be perfect everytime. Good enough for us to keep going back.
nice store, it's just way too small. not any room to move or feel like it's closing in on you if someone don't like small places. other then the size, it's a nice addition to pizza hut and the crew that day was awesome. awesome pizza btw
The past few times I've been, they have been short staffed. But as someone who also works in retail, I always be sure to show them kindness and to let them know I don't mind waiting. Everyone who works there does an amazing job despite having a couple customers yell at them.

Young lady at the register was sweet told her we were staying in hotel . gave us plates, forks and napkins
I was a little sad when the bigger pizza hut with the lobby closed down, however this little stop is very convenient and the service is always top notch. You can use the app to order and it will be ready to pick up in 15 minutes. That's even quicker that Little Caesars these days!!
App said pizza ready at a certain time at window. Worker said it's coming out the oven, to go park and it'll be brought out to me. 15 mins later so about ~19 minutes later I had to walk in to retrieve the pizza. I shouldn't have left a tip. Pizza was very good!.Now I know to Wait in the lobby for the pizza and don't trust the app. They are hiring, so someone go help them!
Extremely rude person taking orders over the phone. She took a condescending tone with me. Corporate needs to hire better workers. Can't wait until the Little Ceasars opens up on Bell street.
WORST PIZZA EVER! TOOK OVER 35 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER AND THE TOPPINGS WERE VERY LIGHT! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER AND CHEAPLY MADE PIZZA!!!!
