Worst panda express I've ever been to. Fried rice was soggy somehow. Entries were lacking flavor. Weird because I assume the sauce is all premade but who knows.
While I like Panda, this location has had a sharp drop off in quality this past few months. I've received lumpy and cold fried rice, noodles that was 60% onion, and chicken that was cool straight out of pan. No resolution from management.
It's not as great as before. They don't have what you want when ordering through drive through either out of it or you have to wait. The servings are small for the price you gotta pay when it comes to the rice and entrees.
My husband and I ordered at 12:30 lunch time today and the food was just awful. The fried rice was very crunchy and we both didn't eat but a bite. My husband ordered half rice and half noodles and he said that the noodles were burnt and gross too. We decided to try the new sesame chicken and that was a mistake. The chicken was soggy and nasty. My husband orders here every couple weeks and normally really enjoys his food and eats all of it, so when I see his container on the counter later and it's half full, I know it was nasty. Maybe the cook was new and needs more training? Idk. On a positive note, the staff was super friendly as always.
Everytime we come after 8:30 pm they have only like 3 items. We left. If your open why don't you sell what's on the menu. I understand a couple things because it's the end of night, but 90% of the menu.... Really! Poopr management!
Wow.. I have been to several Panda Expess locations and this one in San Angelo TX is by far the worst ever.. can NOT understand the female taking the order. Repeat order 3 times and still didn't know if she had it correct. Get to the window, she's rude and doesn't have a clue on order. Repeat order again, she corrects it. Wait for order, get order and it's short a drink. Ask for the 2nd drink, she says you were only charged for one drink. Ok fine, I'd like a second drink, she's even more confused and doesn't know how to charge me for a drink. Get home with the order and it only has one entry and a side. Shorted 2 spring rolls as well.. this location sucks..
I kind of like this place but one major issue is the closing. Hours are posted online for 9:30 could be wrong but no hours posted outside either. People where inside eating at 8:38pm but door was lock and saw staff walking around. I've seen many reviews about this issue, also drive through still running at 8:47pm. Not the biggest deal just isn't a good one either. Would request an edit on time guys.
Too busy when I got there. The kids were too tired or over worked. Didn't get what I ordered till I found out when I got home 50 miles away. Rice was uncooked, chicken was barely cooked & they left out 2 of my side orders ( wish I checked before I left). I'd hesitate to go there again, unless I'm desperate for food.
terrible service! manager was rude on the phone when i politely called to let him know my order was all wrong, no reciept, no fortune cookies or sauces that i Asked for and the rice was undercooked. i made sure to be polite because i just wanted to let him know. he was very rude! i told him since he was rude even though i offered understanding that it can be busy that i would go ahead and go online to review. check your bag first!!!
All orders were correct and very good
