Lost my credit card, called and was on hold for about 20 mins that they were gonna go look to see, when she got back on the phone she was like ”thanks for holding let me get your order” okay . I get it could’ve been busy . I again told her I was wondering if my card was turned in ask my name . Not even 2 min wait and she was like no I ask if I could go look she gave me attitude was very rude when I came in she gave me an annoyed face and she and all the waitress just stared at me it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional! You guys need better customer service in the front
Portions are always more than enough. Dishes are very satisfying. However they seem to like a little bit of salt and pepper and or sauces depending on what dish you order. Staff is always friendly environment is always casual and quiet even a little romantic. The prices are a little much so you can't go done with them on a budget. It's about $15 to $20 a plate
I feel that olive garden is always consistent with its food. What to know about this location is that it doesn't have an entrance or exit from the main road you need to get to the parking lot from the home depot parking lot. Overall great experience.
I'm literally sitting in Olive Garden listening to the manager & waitress assist a customer with a limited diet, put together a dish to accommodate them in such a fantastic way!!! (Health issues) . I love this so much. All while not making them feel pressured or bad for their diet need !! This is customer service at its best. (The customer was very kind as well). I'm am a business owner myself & loved seeing this in action!! Customers & waitstaff/ management attitudes combined can make an experience amazing!!! Good job Olive Garden San Angelo!!
We came in with an unexpected group of 10 people without any reservations. Staff still manage to get us tables within a reasonable time and the service was nothing short of spectacular. We are glad they are one of our vendors and we will continue to go there. Well done! The experience was beyond expectations!
The food is always great, however the host always try to run people off. We came in right at opening twice now and they tell us it's going to be 20-30 minutes before we can seat you (remind you it's right at opening and we've been maybe the 3rd or 4th table to come in) and each time it's taken maybe 7 minutes max if that
My favorite Italian restaurant to go to. The bread sticks and Alfredo dipping sauce is my families favorite part of going here. They have a great selection of food for a great price, and the staff is always super friendly. Great place to go for great food.
Had one of the best chicken alfredo fettuccine dishes I've had in a long time. The wait service was good, too, although the waitress we have was very persistent on trying to upsell us.
Fast, efficient, and friendly on-line ordering and curbside delivery. Portions for one fed my mom and I both twice! Definitely going back again.
This location was very nice. Staff was friendly and my food was delicious. My waitress took great care of my family and I would definitely recommend coming here for a nice lunch or dinner.
