I had my first drink yesterday. It was Great and my second was OUT OF THIS WORLD. the Islander
I've come here a million times and usually the customer service is great and the staff is very knowledgeable. It was 105 today, so I was really craving my frozen drink I get here. I always order the Islander, or the Haystack (in the fall when it's in season). They've always been able to make the Islander any time of the year. I ordered it and even said the frozen one and ended up receiving the wrong one. I told the girl that brought me the drink that it was wrong and that I had actually ordered the frozen version and she said they didn't make the frozen version anymore. Why the girl at the register couldn't just tell me this to begin with while I was ordering I don't know?! I would never have spent almost 8 dollars on it. It tasted nothing like the frozen version. It was very watery and not sweet enough. Maybe it was missing something? Yuck. Even my teenager wouldn't drink it. Disappointed.
So I went in this past weekend and I was getting my tea, this manager named kylee was yelling at the employees and cussing very loudly at them in front of customers and saying that she didn’t care if nobilitea lost employees. Seems like they can’t keep employees and need a new manager.
Absolutely the best in tea selections hot or cold along with gallon teas togo! Relaxing atmosphere, free wifi and the best in customer service that is truly knowledgeable of all their teas. Excited about the second location opening up soon!
The staff is so nice. I love the variety of flavors and boba. I can't wait to visit the new location.

The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the teas. Of course, I stuck with my Coconut Tea! Soooo good!
Tbh I only drink the chai here but its still fire ??? ive had one other drink and it was really good too. Some Halloween one idk
