I want to share how excellent my evening was on Monday night 3/7/2022 after have a not so great day I went to your restaurant. Stephanie I believe she is the new manager her customer service was great and the wine that she choose for me because I really don't know my wines was to choose for myself. Stephanie was such a delight I will be coming back for the excellent dinner and the customer service that she gave us she is going a great part of your team!!!!!

Great atmosphere, but the food falls very short of that. They advertised prime rib, came out with rib eye hockey puck style (38.00$)- felt like we were eating with the Boston Bruins. The only food worth eating was the dinner rolls.I also ordered the salad with mahi but unfortunately I felt like an astronaut on my way to Mars because that is how long it had to have been frozen. The fruity dinner minutes at the door though, were exceptional.

When you walk in to Napolis' the atmosphere is quite inviting and classier than what you would expect to see in San Angelo, but that's where the illusion ends.Italian food is supposed to be savory, packed with flavor, and above all else made with love. You can tell from the presentation and the very first bite when food lacks time, effort, and love.I won't for a moment think authentic is the aim with their food, but its a far stretch from what you would expect it should be.From the overcooked noodles to the microwaved chocolate lava cake, its hard to imagine anything here isnt store bought.Save your time and money and invest it else where. The one saving grace was the waitress, she was spot on the entire service, so kudos to her.Other than that I will not recommend this establishment

I’m usually not the type to complain but as a first time customer eating here I was really disappointed. I had ordered chicken parm and my spaghetti was over cooked and the sauce was really bland. My husband had ordered chicken stuffed with crab and there was crab to be found and the portion of the chicken was really small. Then we figured maybe desert would be better. I ordered strawberry cheesecake and it was all mushy, my husband got chocolate lava cake with ice cream and it tasted awful and you could tell someone nuked it in the microwave. We’ve had authentic Italian and this was just not it. And what’s crazy is that people make such a big fuss about how great their food is. Valentines dinner was definitely a bust!

Was with a party who split our tickets, everyone was charged a 20% gratuity fee and our actual non dollar change was stolen by the waitress. Good food, high prices. Would not recommend

I ordered the chicken Alfredo it was beyond great!! The chicken Alfredo was served piping hot and fresh, every bite was amazing with a light creamy sauce and perfect noodles chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked

Had our daughters 18th birthday party here. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is elegant. The customer service we received was five star! Thank you Napolis for making this special day a success!

Only recently discovered Napoli’s, VERY glad that we did! The best Italian food in San Angelo! Great service, great bread, great food, great decor, GREAT is the key word here.

Went there first time ever for lunch. Interior very clean and pleasant. Service was amazing which can be a rarity in San Angelo. The waitress was so nice and attentive. Food came out in a timely manner, hot and delicious. Definitely would go again.
