It's sad that when you order and they don't get your order correct, the fries are cold and it takes 15+minutes to get your order.
I like McDonald's there an American Icon for fast food but I've noticed the staff lately don't seem very happy not rude but very dismissive. maybe management should be improving the environment of the work place or wages should be raised it's hard to say I like to deal with happy people when going out to eat and the last 3 times I've experienced the same issue at 3 different locations. so something needs to be done to raise morale.
I absolutely hate this mcdonald's by far the worst in town. Last weekend the girl at the window wanted to fight with me over the fries she didn't give me and then hunted down the bag of cold fries to give us. The night female manager is horrible and can never get her crew in order. I've heard the cashiers in the front tell people asking for their food " I don't make the food bro so I wouldn't know what's taking so long". Again the ABSOLUTE WORST ONE IN TOWN.
⚠️??Went through the drive thru last night to order for the family. Got home and the order had extra items that were charged that I had not ordered. The order for my burger was completely wrong and I was charged extra for sauce I never received. Then to top it off my burger was completely raw for which I did not find out until I had consumed several bites and my daughter had alerted me that her burger was raw after taking a bite, then spiting it out... Ball's in your court mcdonald's.
So the beginning of the story begins with the first window. My order was $18.37, hand the cashier $20.37 in cash. Took him a good few minutes to figure out my change because he had accidentally hit $50 on his screen. When he handed me my change it was with a "I think this is right". Then at the pickup window the main portion of my order was missing. All to get home and check my daughter's burger to make sure it was correct and find what appears to be a bite taken out of the meat! I suppose it could have been from where the piece of hamburger was taken out of a tray with the thongs....but it was in to perfect of a U shape in my opinion. Didn't even bother taking it back because who is even going to believe a burger had a bite taken out of it 20-30 min later by time I got home?
Very very disappointed here. My husband ACCIDENTALLY BLOCKED someone in line but we had someone behind us as well and we couldn't figure how to move for them. We are very certain it was the general manager we were blocking, because after we moved up they pulled up to the back to get bags of ice from employees who were waiting for them. Well by the time we got to the menu to order the lady on the intercom said her general manager said they could not give us service.So my 2 kids and husband were denied service over a parking lot that was full of vehicles that were stuck in a line...made no sense, the AREA manager has spoken with a family member of and he has offered to make it up to our family. He seems very nice from what I've heard. And me and my family appreciate this. But as for the general manager. I don't believe she should remain the gm. And this is coming from an AGM in training within hospitality.
Location on North Bryant was clean, food was out in a timely manner, having the option to use one of four kiosk to order from is very good and simple to use and it's makes ordering your food quicker because you don't have to stand in a line, also using the mobile app to order from is easy and convenient to place your order and it be ready by the time you get there.
Used to love this place. Past 3 times TERRIBLE. 1st time I ordered a mcchicken and got the buns, mayo and lettuce. No chicken! 2nd time went inside. The lady came to me and started yelling and laughing with her friend next to me. Completely ignored me. Try again this time. Waited 30 minutes cars coming and going and finally get ours to have no dipping sauce we ordered. Cold, old fries, no straws and 8 chicken nuggets on a 10 pc. NEVER AGAIN. I threw my food away. What a waste.
My spouse got a hamburger happy meal for our little guy. When she went to get him setup she and noticed that they forgot to put the meat in the burger. Just imagine how a 3 year old acted after that. Really, how do you forget the meat.
Awful customer service and bad attitude. Even the manager had bad customer service. They messed up my order terribly. They made me the wrong size frappe and did not apologize. After saying I had to keep it, I drank out of it and she suddenly decided to give me the right size. But, still wanted it back!! Like, what? That violates so many health codes.
