This review is for Birdie the lady working the front counter today. On our visit the store was slammed and she was the only person working the front. Their were only 2 people in the back. Food was taking a long time, but she was so nice and even while you could tell things were overwhelming she was very personable and sweet to my boys and me. ❤️
Hella skimpy with the dressing and the leaves in the salad were looking old af
Food is ok. The wait times are horrendous for a Walk in cafe. You'll wait 25 +minutes for your food no matter how long or short the line to order is. Every single time. You can do better mcalisters (like hire more employees)
Staff friendly,we ordered nachos w cheese n chili, which I'm sure they were hot food would have been better,ask for hot cheese and by the time we got it everything else was cold.dont think we Will be back for a while
Their quality has steadily gone downhill over the last year. Anytime I order a salad w/ extra chicken, toppings etc to-go, I only get a half portion of the salad and non of the extras I asked AND paid for. Attention to detail doesn’t seem to be a core value at this franchise anymore. I’ll be trying my luck at Newk’s I guess.
Slightly pricey, but the sandwiches are top notch. Their sweet tea is also excellent. Only thing is they can be slow at times but nothing too crazy.
Ordered food for delivery by door dash. Door dash delivered and we was missing our au jus for the French dip sandwich. Had to actually get out and drive to McAlisters to pick up the au jus. So not only did we pay for door dash to deliver but also had to use my own gas to drive back up there. The only compensation was a brownie and a sweet tea. By the time of driving up there and getting back home, the sandwich (and the soup from the order) was already cold. This isn't the first time part of our order was missing, but enough is enough. Either get people to check orders before they go out or actually do something to make it right when they don't. I give 2 stars rather than 1 because when we do eat in the food is good. If service was better and orders were right it would be between 4 and 5 stars
Ordered a coke without the label inside. Not that fond of eating paper.
First time. Ordered the Reubens sandwich with soup and salad. Food was excellent and price was good. Will definitely be going back.
Worst service possible after 30 mins of sitting down we could still see the cashier and cook arguing about orders and we could see plates in the window just sitting there getting cold when they should have already been severed to customers after asking about food and why it was taking so long they said they had a trainee back there but it’s not excuse it should not have taken 30 minutes for two sandwiches and a Mac and cheese plus somebody should be back there helping we saw customers going up and retiring food and drinks for not having the right order or drink some we’re getting frustrated and impatient including us a lady went up at least three times to complain her sandwich was not right and cold (she said she ordered a hot sandwich) she went up there once stood for 5 mins sat back down and that continued. Overall it was horrible service food was cold and table was sticky and squeaky will not be going back anytime soon.
