Very little salad in my salad…I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad today with extra chicken (I guess I should’ve also ordered extra lettuce). The total came to just over $15 for the one salad. Pictured is what I received (after being dressed). You expect it to compress a little after being tossed in dressing, but for $15 I expected to have more that 6 bites worth of salad. It tastes fine, but it’s a caesar. Just lettuce, dressing, cheese and chicken. Why skimp on the lettuce?Go to literally ANY other restaurant for a salad. This one gives you a side salad and charges you for a bucket apparently.
Just do not go here until they get better management...i didn't even get a chance to get my food this time...this manager eggin on her staff in making fun of another customer that was there that heard them mouthin her lady walked out and then they were makin jokes about the lady askin for a corporate number...we could all hear them...disgusting and tacky...absolutely tacky...food can be fixed...cancelled my order...absolutely disgusting display of leadership
They have an awesome team at this location! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The food was great, it was my first time trying McAllisters.
This location should honestly be shut down. Placed an order to be picked up at 115pm could not get threw drive threw window went inside still had to wait 45 more min to get cold food and had items missing.last 3 times have been in food took 30+ min to come out reguardless of what time of day it is
I love the food but service is no good i will no longer be getting food from here they can never get my order right numerous times its wrong and its simple a chicken club sandwich ??...
Order missing several items and this items I did receive were poorly prepared with stale bread. I returned the entire order and was told I would receive a refund online through Ubereats and was never given a refund, save your time and money and go somewhere else.
While my husband was at the hospital , I came for a late lunch . I ordered a sandwich and it came with a side. I ordered a side salad and a drink . I did not get any other side. It came to 17 bucks and some change . I thought the salad was an option for a side but I was charged for it . Needless to say , the last dollar spent at McAlisters.
It has been a while since we last visited McCalisters. I will say Thank you to the manager Juanita & staff we ordered a Savannah salad and soup McCalisters club with chili they ran out of chili soup but they made it right instead of a half of spud they blessed us with a whole potato spud with all the fixing, in this time of negativity we wanted to say Thank you to MCALISTER for going above and beyond, friendly courteous staff ? Definitely we are going to patronize this business again and soon.
To Go Order was completely wrong. Asked for wheat bread on the Memphian. Got a baguette. No mayo please. Got a glob of mayo. No tomatoes on the roast beef club. Got tomatoes. Also, what is the point of making you ask for the pickle spear if they aren’t going to give it to you anyways?!Floors in Dining and bathroom were sticky and dirty. Employees milling around aimlessly. Customers standing around waiting for someone to help them. Complete waste of time and money. Took over 20 minutes to get the order which turned out to be completely messed up.
Ordered the prime dip and a loaded spud. 20 minutes later, staff came to tell us that they were out of baked potatoes, and would we like something else. So my gf ordered a prime dip too. When we got it, sandwich was cold but the dip was warm so that helped a little. Sat there and watched food waiting in the window to be taken out to customers for about 10 minutes or so, so not surprising ours was cold. I'll avoid this one and go to the one on Sherwood Way from here on out.
