Will never come back. 3 kids all about 16-17 years old working here right now as I sit with my wife and daughter. Two of the staff jacking around laughing and don’t know what they’re doing. Water leaking off of counter onto floor by the slabs. Both ice creams we ordered are sloppy melted and one kid laughed as he handed it to my wife saying “sorry it’s melted.”Tables filthy and nobody cleaning up. Ridiculous.
Too busy !!! Barely any ice cream flavors to choose from but yet loads of advertisements for flavors they don't have, so what's the point?Also, arrangement of register and ice cream making is backwards..Needs a remodel and flavors than maybe you'd get good business and people would stay and wait

Ice cream is great. Service great. Really a pity the app does not work for me. Scanning bar codes never works.

I ordered the Mocha Cappuccino Fudge ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. It was beyond mediocre. The flavor is described as cinnamon and coffee ice cream but there was not one hint of either... For $35.00, you'd think there would be a redeemable quality to the ice cream. I mean... it's ice cream. It's hard to mess up, right? I honestly thought so until this purchase. I've even tasted goat's milk ice cream that was better than this (at least that one tasted like cheese, lol). This one doesn't even have a vanilla flavor... just sweet and tangy(?).I was excited to get this for him because he loves coffee ice cream. But after the first night of attempting to eat a slice of this cake, he hasn't taken a single bite. His only requirement for ice cream is that it has flavor. This does not. A spoonful of sugar has more flavor than this thing. A spoonful of any artificial sweetener you can pick off the shelf tastes better than this. It really is a huge disappointment.Don't let the images on the website fool you, look somewhere else. I regret making this purchase. Please don't waste your time or money on an ice cream cake from this Marble Slab Creamery unless your goal is to be disappointed. If so, by all means.edit: I added the cinnamon sticks on top.
This was one of the worst experiences ever!!! Decided to take my kids out for some ice cream only to be disappointed with horrible ice cream and even worst service! Not to mention the hair that was in our chocolate fudge sundae!! So disgusted!! The little girls working need additional training!
Just OK. The ice cream is very soft and melts surprisingly quickly. The waffle cones are good, but you should probably get a cup unless you're ready to get messy. The mix-ins are the real selling point and were plentiful, but the ice cream was only average.
Got dinner in this plaza with some friends and we all figured we'd give this place a try. I was absolutely floored, this place is amazing. For one, the staff was quick and professional. The ice cream portions were EXCEEDINGLY generous for the price, and it tasted amazing. 10/10, keep doing what you're doing.
