The pizza was good but the service was lacking. I ordered the pizza online. I waited in the parking lot for it to be ready for about 15 mins. I didn't mind the wait since I was already in town. When it was past the estimated wait time, I got in line for the drive thru. After a couple of minutes there, waiting on other customers, I pulled to the window. I gave her my name and order number and she came back and first said they didn't have my order. Then she said they had the order but it wasn't ready yet. So, I asked how much longer it would be and she looked at me like I was wasting her time. Then she was gone for a couple minutes and returned with my pizza. I thought great! Upon getting home I found she had given me just a regular pepperoni pizza instead of the one I ordered just to get me out of there. Never again will I get a pizza from there!
This location never has crazy bread. At least 6 times now that I've gone and ordered 1 hot n ready and crazy bread they have no crazy bread. When I ask how long to wait for some I get told, "were not selling bread". Today though, when I asked and was denied crazy bread, I can CLEARLY see a literal pile of crazy bread stacked onto a tray behind the warmers. I don't know if it was good and waiting to be bagged or if it was bad and waiting to be thrown out. Either way is a no go for customer service. Which this location obviously completely lacks ANY.
Was given four large Hot-N-Ready pizzas for free after the store closed at 23:00 on Saturday, April 2nd
terrible customer service, very slow, ordered online, after an hour still had no food. try the other place.
Placed an order to be picked up thinking that it would be faster than picking up hot and ready but at 3 min till lastest time they finally put it inOver an hour for 5 pizzas
They forgot my sauce for my bread sticks.how u gonna serve out bread and now.sauce!! ?
Three times in a row I've ordered Crazy Bread with pizzas, and the staff hasn't included them with the order until I've told them I ordered it. It wouldn't be so bad if they had actually prepped the bread sticks, but this has resulted in an additional 30 minute wait when I pick up food, or just not getting the bread at all with delivery.
Waited over 25 min for pizza due to not having enough staff but drive thru staff was checking her phone while I waited 8 min before she acknowledged I was waiting to ask for my pizza.
It had the pizzas I like but you can also request what kind of pizza you want at the counter.
I give it a negative three stars. It never happened cause after waiting in line for 40 mins to get to the intercom to order( we ordered a calzony pizza, Italian cheese bread and marinara sauce) waited another10mins to get to window they inform us that there is another 20 - 25 minutes wait for pizza. So we would have waited over an hour for a pizza and some bread. Should have informed when ordering if you ask my opinion.
