The last 3 times were horrible. We have patronized this business many,many times since moving to Angelo 6 years ago. It used to be fantastic now it is horrendous. 2 times we were shorted chicken and the last and final time I will ever go there they gave me some chicken that had obviously been sitting there for a long time. It was simply disgusting. The prices have went way up also, which I wouldn't mind if the quality was still great like it used to be. We'll never go back to this location. Done, finished, goodbye.
I've never received an order that wasn't missing a third of the items, whether it be delivery or drive thru. This latest trip the server acted so inconvenienced when I went back thru to fix my order. That's fine, I won't inconvenience this location any longer. From now on, I'll see if the other KFC in town is interested in my business.

The biscuits were raw. Very nasty. Other times they forgot some of my order. Food was old and couldn't enjoy it. Management need to be educated on being managers.
They were very cars in the drive through when we went one cook and several employees also there and they were all sweeping the young man at the window just standing there I felt someone could have helped the cook with orders bagging them getting them out faster than what they did long wait hope your employees will help out the next time they are so busy
Everything I got was cold. The corn, fries and the chicken was dried out and definitely not the best quality KFC can do.
The food here is absolutely horrible! I didn't know anyone could screw up chicken this bad. They don't have to worry about me EVER going back!
Grabbed a 8 peice on the way home, had a hard time hearing the young lady in the drive through , but she a mask on ,it's hard to understand what she was saying , but all in all KFC my favorite chicken take out. Good job to the employees!
KFC is the best for a reason, they have awesome chicken!
The day before yesterday I went to get some KFC, first of all the girl taking my order was rude when I asked her a question, when i went to get my food i asked her to give me some forks & butter, she said ok then turned around and started talking to her friend, she was on her phone & i figured she had done what i asked, nope, i guess she ignored me for questioning her with my order & well i think Churches will be my place for my orders from now on. I had never been treated like that before & was always welcomed kindly. Bye KFC
