Stopped here on our way to Austin from Midland for a lunch and Joe’s did not disappoint. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Aqua Fresca and Horchata are not to be missed. I ordered the Gringa with carne asada and a bunch of tacos, chefs kiss
Finally some actual good street tacos!!Had the fish tacos and they were amazing! Didn't hold back on the jalepenos either which I love! Great frescas as well.
The food was amazing. The tacos are so fresh and flavorful. There’s only one guy running the cash register AND making all the food, but it was very much worth the wait and he was very kind. I’m already planning to come back for more

Their tacos de brillia is PHENOMENAL; my friend visited out of town and ordered their 10 tacos w/ chicken and said that they were absolutely delicious. We both inhaled our respective orders, it was that delicious ?
