Awful!!! I'm not sure how this place stays in business!!! The bread tasted like 3 week stale bread out of a kids lunchable. The rest of the sandwich was anything but appetizing. Nothing about it tasted fresh. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day but it was so incredibly awful that none of us could even eat our sandwiches and we ultimately threw them in the trash. Unfortunately we had driven through and gotten our order to go and we weren't interested in driving all the way back over there for what we thought would just be a sad repeat of what we threw away. It was so bad we won't even give them another try. Awful!
very quick delivery. everyone is super friendly. the zesty turkey club is sooo good it has pesto in it. I thought it was going to be guacamole, but its yummy pesto. they have never gotten an order wrong.
The bread was hard. And not enough mustard on my sandwich.

Rapid service and excellent food! Being a member of the reward system got a gift for my birthday as a side dish today. I really like the variety and the quality of the sandwiches they present. Other sandwich shops you can definitely tell skimp on the ingredients both produce and meats and cheese.
Always great food from Jim Jams, but they have been short staffed on delivery drivers lately which has led to longer than usual wait times. Freaky fresh? Yes. Freaky fast? Not currently.

I use to love going to this shop but my last three stops haven't been so great. The bread has been really hard and not fresh like it use to be. I really love this place and I would hate to for them to lose business. The customer service is outstanding. I'm going to give it another try in a few days I hope the bread is better. Please don't let me down. I'm rooting for you!?
