Now I see why their rating is so low. I went to get curbside pickup today. I waited in my car for good 15 minutes before calling to make sure I was in the right space bc maybe they didn't see me. The woman that picked up the phone said the person that does curbside was not there and I should go in and pick up my order. This is the reason I did curbside so I wouldn't have to do that. Not happy, I bring my food and my pancakes smell and look burned. What kind of Ihop is this? This is the first and last time I eat here.
We tried to dine in and we waited like 2 min to be seated which was not a problem. But we were seated and I understand the rush was dying down but one server kept just looking at us not even a “Ill be right with y’all” “have y’all been helped? I’ll get someone” NOPE I gave them 5 min and we left to Texas Roadhouse where we were seated and got taken care of within 7 min of being here 10/10 service from next door
management allows employees to be sexually harassed. toxic environment for female employees!!! ????????
I took my four-year-old grandson to eat a pancake during spring break. The funny face pancake was a little scary.
We went to IHop to have Breakfast Food for Supper. The place wasn't too busy on a Thursday evening but there were several customers.We felt sorry for our server,Victoria,as she was the only server working. Someone had called in and no one else would come in to help. She needs to be recognized by her managers for doing a Great job by herself! Thanks Victoria for doing a great job and having a great attitude.
My wife and I went to IHOP in San Angelo this morning. We saw numerous employees walking around not waiting on customers, while we waited to be seated. Once seated after almost 15 minutes the little waitress came to take our order and she was all wrapped up in her sweater. The temperature was ridiculously cold. We ordered and then canceled. Couldn't stand the cold. #yeah Golden Corral.
This is my very favorite server.. always !! Late night eating or call in. She makes sure my meal is made perfectly. I certainly Suggest if your lucky enough to come in when she is working. Snatch her up. My favorite!!
The food was good and service was great. The restaurant itself is pretty run down and there is dust everywhere. Especially on lamps above the tables. It also doesn’t smell the best in there. Food was a little bit pricey for simples dishes. Overall, I would eat here again but would like to see some improvements.
San Angelo's IHOP is looking really run down. We were on a wait list for a table. Used the restroom. RR was dank, funky smelling and unkept. The dinning area had several dirty and partially bussed tables. Why? Folks are waiting. Also noticed two booths with worn & torn seats. Young man at the Host Stand seating people was wearing a head scarf. My years of service in the F&B industry said to me dirty RR's, dirty, torn booths seat & tables and unprofessionally dressed staff meant THIS eatery was not the place to eat. This restaurant needs a significant makeover and staff retraining on how to present a clean, professionally run iconic breakfast restaurant. Very sad state of condition.
Take too long… need more attention to customers waitress don't even bother asking you if your needing anything have to get up if you need something we didnt even finish our meal we had to keep getting up to get attention for refills napkins ect. Not one time they bothered coming up and checking if everything was okay wouldnt come back..
