My personal opinion is this place has the best chicken strips and gravy here in town.
Manager was a rude and absolutely lazy. My food was literally as cold as the temperatures outside. He’s a disgrace to your business and needs to lose his position. I would love someone to contact me so I could further explain my disappointment. Here I am air-frying food that I spent over $25 on. What a joke!!!
My dad and I came here for dinner tonight and the staff was super nice and the restaurant was very clean and the food was hot and delicious! Definitely would come back again.
There were a good amount of chicken in my order, but it was very dry and even cold. Wasn't very friendly too.
I don't know why but this place is way too expensive for a fast food chicken. I was going to order some tenders for lunch and it was $12 for a 6pc tender meal. The chicken is just like any other chicken place but double the price. I didn't order and won't be going back.
The food is not bad. It's generally got n crispy, my two complaints are thw proce and the service. I had to repeat my order three times because he couldn't heat me over the giggling he n his coworker were constantly doing over the headset.
Very upset ?. At 4PM one day last mid-week, golden chick was out of side salads, thighs, extra rolls and some other sides....so I went with 3 PC catfish dinner with a coleslaw, roll and drink for $10.19 plus tax. You can look at the picture of what I got. This is sad...almost criminal!!! This is only worth $0.50 as not only was it really three small half fillets that were cold, old and taste terrible!!! GOLDEN CHICK YOU FAILED ME AGAIN...AND NOW I TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
Service and food were great. Love the tenders. Best in town. Definitely coming back and recommending to all my friends!
I don’t eat fried chicken from any where, but went to Golden Chick it was so delicious. I even tried roasted chicken awe it just melts in ur mouth. Y’all go there to eat on Sherwood Way
