Walked up and the older lady was on her phone after I was at the stand for a couple minutes. At first she was polite until I was trying to have a conversation about of of her employees. She immediately blew me off after I said I wanted dipping dots. She continued to ignore me until I called her out about helping someone else. Will not recommend anyone to go here. Pretty sure she is the owner and is highly unprofessional.
The owner needs mental help. She is super nasty to her employees in front of customers, she ignored my husband and I when we came up to order, instead of helping us who were in line first ignored us and went straight to the other customers who walked up after us. She doesn't seem to be all there. She made a scene in the mall attacking another kiosk employee she definitely isn't mentally okay. And people are getting sick from the food she sells.

I wouldn't buy anything from this place. the owner is super disrespectful to everyone including her employees and paying customers. multiple customers who have eaten here have been getting sick from the food. she was severely rude to my husband and I just for wanting to buy dip n dots.

Horrible. I never write reviews, but I have to on this one. The workers there seem friendly and personable. However, it’s the owner who made me give this place 1 star. The salesman who was getting my dippin dots was yelled at by the owner for doing his job right in front of paying costumers! The dippin dots weren’t even that good.
The owner is highly disrespectful would not suggest anyone to come here! Plus she had a sign up for $1 ice cream one scoop for every kid 12 and under and she wouldn't give my brother one and he is under 12 for a matter fact he is 3 about to be four.
