RUDE. All of them were rude. Ordered 6 blizards didnt flip one over and even recorded it. Just put ice cream on counter and didnt tell us what anything was when my daughter is allergic to strawberry had to taste every single one just to be sure. Tried asking about cherry and nuts for our banana split and he just said "no" and walked away
Drive thru girl was rude. Got our order wrong said it was right even though we had the receipt in our hands. Fixes the drinks but snatched them out of our hands. Rung us up for an extra blizzard we didn’t order and didn’t give us extra gravy like we asked. Also the blizzards were over flowing. I only give two stars because the food still tastes good just terrible customer service don’t get mad at the customer for messing up their order
Apparently customer service is really no longer important orden I mean I know that's the trend trend but is this particular Dairy Queen has mastered it. I just don't understand why when you're in the store or they charge you $5 for alerts for French fries with not your cheese but if you order online It's $3. When I asked why there was a price difference the response was well this isn't Nickerbocker. So I'm assuming the employees on Sherwood way Agree that the service must be better At their other location
The burger I ordered, it sucked. I asked for mayo and mustard. This has also happened with mustard. There is so much put on there that I had to scrape it off before I ate it. That has always been the case with ordering thru the drive thru. Why? The next time I am going to wrap it back up and take it back inside. Although I may never go back to this DQ in front of Lowes again!
Doors are closed by 8 on Thursday night. We had to repeat our order 4 times. Some of the crew started giving us bad attitude cut us while trying to place our order.
Cashier was rude. Acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Had trouble with ice machine and instead of helping us she argued with us about it working. Seriously tho!
Tried on several occasions to order chicken and dumpling soup and always get told they are out even as early as 7pm(3hrs before close). Tried calling to find out if they have it and noone will answer the phone at either location .
Ordered and paid for 2 - 6 piece chicken strip meal . Had to wait for them to bring the food out to us as they were making the food. Would expect it to be hot , but was not, cold fries and cold chicken. It was at this point I found out that I only got 2- 4 piece meal. The person who bought out the food left immediately to go back inside the restaurant and I was unable to let them know it was wrong and cold.
Very rude service at the drive thru window even tho I said thank you all he did was close the window an walk away he never even said hello horrible service an no manners!!!
If I could leave no starts I would I came in with my family today still currently here and we order our food and ot took them over 45 mins to get our food after having to go up there and see what's going on when on order didn't go thru and they had asked for our receipt and they had to look for it cause we never got one cause the the machine messed up I'm never coming back here I am pregnant with twins and I am a diabetic and the ac don't work and it was hot as he'll in there
